Reviews of local pros in Aurora, Illinois

Very undependable. Does not answer phone calls or texts. Will not arrive when promised. Not even worth a one-star rating.

TERRIBLE customer service!! Spoke to owner the week before he was supposed to come and he set up an appointment to come at noon on Monday. He never showed up for his appointment. We called multiple times and I waited for 2 hours for him to show up. He never even called! The next day he called my wife with the excuse that the brakes were out on his truck..and something about going to his brother's wedding over the weekend. Apparently when the brakes go out on your truck your phone stops working too. If you're thinking his prices are too good to be true, you're probably right!

Fair prices, professional and knowledgeable. Don and the crew he sent out to my service call were all top notch. He helped me troubleshoot and repair a suction leak and gave me a lot of guidance on what I could have done better on my pool plumbing. The advice alone was worth the cost, but they also did a bang up job getting me back in business and at a fair price. You can't go wrong bringing in Teal Pool Service to service any aspect of your swimming pool and tub.

Cruz Drywall has done several projects for us, all of which have turned out fantastic. We moved into a house with drywall damage from a roof leak and the repair was done perfectly. We also remodeled a bathroom down to the studs and raised the ceiling and Cruz Drywall did the full drywall and texture of the bathroom, which turned out great.
