I am not much of a review guy but really feel compelled to share my experience with ServPro of Aurora. I woke one morning to a strange sound and quickly found that I had a pipe break and water was flooding my finished basement area. After getting through the panic stage and turning off the water to the house, I grabbed everything I could save.

Not knowing even where to begin I blindly called ServPro for whatever assistance I could get. Very quickly, the owner had a couple of guys on site to check it out and I felt comforted rather quickly. It was very evident that they have done this before and knew what they are doing. They were extremely calm and professional while the world was spinning out of control on my side.

From that point, they did everything---cleaned everything up---removed, saved, restored my furniture.....actually provided the carpentry to replace the damaged wall and flooring...assured that the area was clean of mold or any after effects. I could not be more satisfied.

Most importantly, as a consumer--they really did everything and genuinely seemed to care about our family as people--not just another job. They were always professional, prompt and forthright in our conversations and really worked with us to satisfy our needs from the moment I made that first call at 5:45 in the morning until I got by basement back.

I sincerely hope nobody has to go through the process of a broken pipe and the damage that occurs, but if you ever do---do not hesitate to reach out to ServPro of Aurora---they were really awesome when my family needed help.

The ServPro service continues to impress me. Our basement flooded this AM, and what could have been a huge loss for us was quickly mitigated and drying in under 3 hours with the assistance of ServPro and a local plumber. His kindness, diligence, and overall dedication made a significant difference during a challenging time. Having your ceiling flood and damage 4 rooms is no joke. It’s an arduous process and even more difficult when you have a unresponsive insurance company. Despite communication challenges with my insurance company, Joseph's professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out, making the entire process smoother and more manageable. I highly recommend ServePro, and I am grateful for Joseph's amazing support. My ceiling is now repaired my bathroom and all of my rooms have new carpet and actually looking better than they did before. Not only does these guys do great work they do great customer service recommend 10 out of 10.

It's great that there are still honest businesses out there. We have a musty smell after rain storms in our recently built home and were afraid we had a roof leak. I contacted ServPro for their free estimate. They sent out Kurt, who did a thorough analysis with photos of our entire attic. His findings: too much humidity in the house but no water damage or mold. And true to their word, there was no charge. So they will only sell you services you need. 5 stars.

Don and the whole Serv Pro team was a great help while we mitigated a water leak and repairs. From responding at 11p on a Friday, to managing an insurance dispute, to organizing a high quality rebuild, we couldn’t have been happier. We didn’t want to walk into a flooded house, ever, but we were glad our first call was to Serv pro.

Office Pros is the best office cleaning company we've used. We have 2 offices in Naperville and Aurora and their reliable, friendly cleaners are on top of everything each day they are here. Duran Cleaning Services is my 'go to' cleaning team. They do an excellent job on our home and we always enjoy having them!!

My sister recently had a quinceanera in which we contracted Duran Services to clean the banquet hall after the event. They brought the best value, professionalism, and treated us like family. About a year ago and highly recommend!!

Duran Services provides routine maintenance of our accounting firm. They come when we're closed and it's quite the treat to have your office dust and garbage free during our busiest season. I have allergies and am particular about cleaning products but I don't have a problem like I did with our former cleaning service.

We are using Duran Services, Inc. to clean our physical therapy clinic. They do a fantastic job! They are thorough and the clinic is super clean, ready to go for the next week. We have patients compliment us all the time about how clean our facility is. I highly recommend them for commercial cleaning needs.
