Tree cut down in 45 min. Jose promised to return in couple days to grind out the stump/remove after Julie marked to fulfill his obligation and work he agreed to with me. I have been calling daily with no response and now he blocked my number/ghosted me. If he doesn't return, I will be reporting his company to the Better Business Bureau.

Don't believe a word Jose Luis says. If you hire him, make sure all work is completed before paying him. We had a tree chopped down and Jose agreed to return to grind the stump. Call him multiple times. As others noted, he either had a lame excuse or ghosted me. Beautiful Tree Service also destoyed a dwarf Lilac when removing the debris.

Took down a large tree in my back yard, gutter damage occurred which was not apparent until after a rain 3 weeks later. Spoke with an agent on 10/4, who assured me that a supervisor would contact me, as he said we want our customers to be satisfied. No agent ever called, and my phone call to the company on 10/7 was not returned. I'm willing to work with the company to resolve this issue but, no communication. As of now, will not do business again with this company.
