All reviews for Ducks Tree And Stump Service

Duck’s provides excellent service and pricing! We have used them twice for tree and bush removal, stump grinding and tree trimming. Service is professional, quick and thorough. The results are fantastic!

Great service and price from this company. We had several companies come out and quote tree removal for our corkscrew willow tree that was at least half dead. Due to its going out in four different directions we were afraid it'd take down a fence, neighbor's garage or another tree if any of the limbs were to fall.

Duck's had the best price and offered to grind the stump as well where the other companies were at least unwilling to take the tree out due to the complexity of the project or at most quoted prices about $1,400 more than what Duck's did the job for (the other companies also said stump removal would cost extra).

A note on pricing: we had several companies come out and their prices ranged from $2,600-$3,600 for just tree removal without stump grinding. Duck's price came to $2,200 with the stump removal.

The difference in pricing seems to stem from whether the tree service will be utilizing heavy equipment (such as a cherry picker operated above the neighbor's garage at one point).

Duck's guys come out tie off their harness rope, and guidelines and have one guy climb the tree, two other's help with the guide line and try to get the cut limbs to the ground as painlessly as possible. While they are working on the tree they have one guy move the cut limbs through the normal sized fence gate(3-3.5' wide) in a little tractor-like vehicle and take them out to the chipper in the street.

After the tree was removed the stump grinder remote controlled robot ground down the stump to the ground (mostly).

They clean up everything (save for the wood mulch from the stump grinding) on their way out by sliding a large wooden panel across the ground to "rake" the various branches around from their work.

This company might lack polish of other companies (such as big shiny vehicles), but their execution is top-notch.

Texting the main line is the best way of communication, so keep that in mind if you try leaving a voicemail message and you're not getting a response.

We hired Duck's Tree service to remove a full grown yet dying pear tree, located 10 feet from our house. We got 5 quotes, and Duck's was not only the best but had the quickest turnaround to actually remove the tree: one week. They showed up before 8 AM on the day of removal, a crew of 5, and were done with the yard SPOTLESS by 9:30 AM.

If I have any other tree service needed, I won't even call other companies. Duck's is my go-to service and I'd highly recommend them.

Ducks did a great job! I had a tree that was 50-60 feet tall, and many of the large limbs were hanging over the roof of my house. Ducks removed the tree and the stump, and they also trimmed several other trees on my property, all for a great price! I highly recommend them!

This was a fantastic team that did an amazing job. We had three trees removed and two parkway trees trimmed/pruned. This team was extremely professional and left our yard looking great upon completion. I will definitely be recommending this service to friends/family/neighbors and will be using Ducks again in the future.

We had a great experience with Duck's. The team was polite and professional. They were efficient and did a great job with clean up. I would reccommend.

We hired Ducks to remove a huge tree in our backyard. The team was very fast, efficient, Friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this service. Thank you, Duck's!

This company was great to work with! Very responsive, sent an email and they replied very quickly. They came out for a free estimate the next day. Appointment was set up quickly after our estimate and a few days later my tree was gone. Great price, quick service, I would use them again.

We used Duck to take down two trees in my yard. One tree was a very large and very dead box elder tree right next a fence, my shed and a neighbors shed. Duck was out right away to quote me a price. His price was by far the best. He and his crew were right on time to start the job. They took down both trees and cleaned everything up quickly and efficiently. This is the second time I’ve used this company and it won’t be the last.

When I called for a quote, they came out within a couple hours. They scheduled an appointment to do the work. They came out on time a complete crew. They did all the work that was requested. All of the guys were very professional. And they did a great job. The price was great too. I would highly recommend.

Carlos and his team were very professional and did an awesome job clearing the tree branches off of our garage and removing a tree stump. They are very reasonable priced and we’ll be sure to continue using their services in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you.

We had some significant overgrowth on our backyard and Duck's took care of everything! Some of the work involved tree removal that was close to neighbors fencing as well an area with electrical boxes, and Duck's performed like true pro's! They came prepared with all the right equipment and completed the work within 2 hours - very impressive! Then at the end they made sure they left the area as clean as possible. Highly recommend Duck's and happy to call on them again!

Carlos and his crew did an excellent job. They were professional. Prices were very reasonable. Carlos always answered an email quickly. Would definitely recommend Duck’s tree service again. Our property was left clean.

This was my second time using Duck’s. As usual, their prices beat out every single quote we had. Just like our first experience (removal of a crabapple tree) this one was excellent. Two very large trees, and a smaller tree. They showed up on time for the quote and actual service. They were polite, professional, and seemed like a genuinely nice group of guys-waving and smiling to my 2 year old who thought they were the absolute coolest as he watched them. We had fencing nearby, neighbor’s homes, a pool-so I appreciated the extra precautions I was seeing to make sure everything was safely done without damage. They laid down boards as to not destroy the grass with their machines going in and out of the yard, and cleaned up beautifully. I cannot think of one thing they could have done better. There’s no need to call any other company, Duck’s cannot be beat.

Duck's tree service was highly rated and responded quickly to my request for a quote to remove a Maple tree on my property. They showed up and went to work having the tree down, stump grinded and everything cleaned up in no time. I will be calling them in the future for tree removal services! Thanks guys!

We had a very large male tree we needed removed. Carlos responded right away did free estimate very fair price and excellent timely job. Would definitely use again and
recommend 100%

Carlos and his team were great to work with. On time, reasonably priced and they were very quick with removing a large pine.

Definitely will be a return customer for all our tree needs.

We called for an estimate and Carlos came out the same day and gave us a written, free estimate. We obtained two other estimates, but Carlos was the best. We were scheduled immediately and Carlos and his crew arrived on-time (early, in fact) and worked quickly and efficiently. They removed one tree, trimmed two others and ground the stump. They cleaned up all of the branches, sticks and leaves and left our lawn spotless. I would definitely hire Carlos again and highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Had a very large tree close to our house with several large branches overhanging our house. Duck's did a great job removing the tree and stump with no issues! Yard looks great now!

Carlos was responsive, communicative, timely all for a great price!

I had a positive experience with Duck’s! Carlos was quick to coordinate an estimate. I felt the estimate was fair. They came about a week later and did a nice job trimming my overgrown trees. They cleaned up all of the leaves and branches that fell in my yard and my driveway. All three of the men were professional and courteous. I will be calling Duck’s again when needed.

Duck’s Trees responded quickly when we called for an estimate. They were on time and did a great job taking the tree down, grinding out the stump, and cleaning up the area. Reliable, reasonable, and very good communication. Highly recommended
