We recently remodeled our entire main floor, including the kitchen, family room, powder room, mud room and living/dining room. Tom was our dedicated electrician and we were impressed from beginning to end. 2 The World Electric was recommended to us by our neighbor. Tom arrived on time. We had several electrical projects for him. Install a new ceiling fan, replace exterior front door light, replace outside outlet, repair an outlet that was having issues and install a dedicated outlet in our bathroom for a bidet washlet toilet. Tom was efficient and cleaned up. He gave us suggestions on the type of light bulbs we were using like whether they were energy efficient or not.
Tom is personable and takes pride in his work. We would recommend Tom for your electrical needs. Tom is now our go to electrician.

Half the outlets in our basement just stopped working one day no tripped breaker nothing obvious they traced it to a junction box behind the drywall that had a wire literally melted off the terminal fixed it and rewired that whole run to be safe took maybe two hours total which was wild

They rewired our detached garage in Bartlett so we could actually run the compressor and the heater at the same time. New 60 amp subpanel, couple dedicated circuits. Works perfectly now.

got a quote pretty quick after reaching out, which was nice because some other places took forever to even respond. the electrician who showed up knew exactly what he was doing and explained things in normal language instead of getting all technical. they had to replace a couple outlets and install a new fixture in the dining room. whole thing was done in one visit which i didnt expect honestly. pricing was straightforward too, no weird add ons after the fact. solid experience all around

needed some electrical work done in the basement, a few new outlets and better lighting down there since we're using it more as a hangout space now. scheduling was easy, they had availability within the week which worked out great. the electrician was super knowledgable about what would work best for the layout and didnt try to upsell me on stuff i didnt need. he spent most of the day down there and when he was done the difference was wild. actually feels like a real room now instead of a dark storage area. the outlets are all placed where they actually make sense which sounds basic but ive seen bad jobs before. would definately call them again for future projects

Made an appointment they said they would be there between 330 and 630 o'clock we got a little concern at 530 they assured us that the technician would be there .7 o'clock came n9 one came we called answering service said we'll get ahold of them and call you back . nobody calls back we call again. They tell us that the service man has been into an accident is not going be able to make it. as I call in the meantime we get a call 50 minutes later from the company to tell us that the service man is sick so I asked what is it is he sick or was he an accident so we were really upset because we canceled some other technician because they assured us that they were coming and this was an emergency.
