Great experience as a first time customer. We’ll be regulars from now on! Jeff came out on short notice bc we had no heat. He quickly found the problem. Came back the next day with the part & fixed it. He also found some other minor issues with the furnace & fixed those too! Can’t say enough about him & the company. Punctual, professional & very accommodating! 6 stars out of 5!

Came back home from a long weekend on Sunday to find out my air conditioner was no longer working...typically this wouldn't thrust me straight to panic mode, however we are sitting upon the eve of the biggest heat wave of 2023.

I reached out to Jeff late Sunday evening and he assured me that he would be by to assess the issue first thing in the morning.

Just as he promised he was here the next morning. After a few hours of evaluating the situation he provided me with multiple solutions.

Given the age of my current unit, 30yrs (I know, I know, I know...should have seen it coming) I went with the replacement option.
Jeff was able to order and install the new unit within 24hrs! He worked all day to ensure me and my family were taken care of. Just in time for the impending heatwave.

I am beyond grateful for Jeff and his crew, and their determination to get my unit installed and working!

Jeff came out and checked out my furnace after being quoted 850$ by shadow HVAC for a new blower motor. Jeff said that the motor was fine and I just needed a thinner filter. Easy fix. Thanks for the integrity and honesty. I’ll be calling Jeff in the future.

I called him when my thermostat showed 65 degrees and I did not have any heat. Jeff came over that afternoon, replaced the motor and heat was on!! I am very grateful to Jeff for his efficiency and concern.

He came out on a short notice, diagnosed the issue with my water heater. And this is after I had called another company who told me there was nothing wrong with the water heater.
He ordered the parts promptly, and even came out on a holiday to replace the parts and made sure my water heater was working before he left.

I would come home to an 80 degree home - or worse wake up in the middle of the night steaming hot! AC kept going off randomly. Found loose wiring and tried to fix myself. Started sparking - what a mistake! I called Jeff from Alan Heating & Cooling and he came out to assess and fix the unit - right before the next heat wave! We called Tuesday & someone came out Wednesday. Shawn was amazing. He literally showed us exactly what was wrong & in great detail explained the issue too. He fixed our AC immediately. You can tell he was experienced because right away he knew the problem, fixed it & got it all done in under an hour. Super nice/professional guy. So glad we went with this company. First HOT day of summer and cooling unit stopped working, called a couple of local places and they were all focused on the initial visit cost. Mike from JDN asked about the system and was able to come out the same day to look at it. The kind of honestly and care he showed is hard to find these days. He looked at the whole system (17 years) old and recommended a replacement. Two days later he and his son showed up and installed the new Trane system and even gave us a new touch screen thermostat. They even cleaned the area and explained the features. They have definitely earned me as a life long customer. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
