Dan is the best in the business. Prompt service and his work is always perfect, a true pro. Our most recent job was the install of a new hot water tank. My wife and I both work so we left the front open for Dan. That's right, we left the door open for him. When I got home that evening I couldn't even tell he was here, except for the new tank, perfectly installed and not a "crumb" on the floor.

We have used Dan for various issues for several years. When the issue is minor & we can just make an appointment they really work to accommodate my schedule & Dan always shows up right on time. When it's an emergency they bend over backward to get the parts and get us on the schedule as soon as possible. Again, when they say they'll be there at a certain time, they are.
His work is always done right the first time and as quickly as can be expected and he uses quality parts - ie: water heaters.
Dan is a local business here in Bartlett which I am very comfortable supporting.

I just wanted to say how very pleased I was with Callahan plumbing, my water heater was beginning to leak and on the verge of giving way and I was referred by a friend to call up Callahan and I called and spoke with Martha and she was a pleasure to talk with and she said they could get me in and Dan came out and hooked me up with a brand new water heater. Wow..... just wow... there are no words to express my gratitude to Dan Callahan and his partner Mike. I bought my first home 1 year ago and this weekend had a major plumbing problem. Martha (Dan’s wife and business manager) called me to make sure everything was ok at home. Just shows you how much they truly care. My mom and I needed a toilet fixed and a shower unclogged. Dan and Richard arrived 10 minutes before the arrival window which was nice. Dan is very intelligent and personable. He explained in great detail what he needed to do to fix the toilet as well as the cost associated with the service. He also looked at the shower and said it was in fact not clogged. I appreciate that he didn’t try to fix something that wasn’t broken just to make the extra money. Highly recommend Dan and will be using him in the future!

When you have a sump pump problem, it's usually an emergency. Callahan Plumbing understood and they were here an hour after I called them. Dan Callahan and Gary assessed the issue, explained what they needed to do to get things right, gave me a fair quote on the job before they started and were done in 45 minutes from arriving. This was a great save with a great local company.

I was looking for a local family-owned business because I like to support the small business owners in my community. Next, I wanted a quick response from a tradesman who could provide quality work at reasonable prices. Finally, I wanted someone who would show up when they say, do the work they quoted, and complete the work with no add on expenses. Sounds like too much to hope for doesn’t it.
Wow, did we hit the jackpot with Callahan Plumbing. All the above, and more. From the first call asking for a quote on our kitchen remodel project, to the final visit to connect the sinks and faucets, Dan was great. He was always on time, extremely polite, and totally professional. His work reflected a philosophy that our home was respected as if it was his own.
Without question, we will call Callahan Plumbing for any and all our future plumbing work and encourage you to do the same. Your trust will be well placed and your money well spent.

Outstanding! Incredible! Life and House Saviors! Dan and crew are outstanding! They have replaced my water heater and sump pump at different times. They are proficient, on-time, unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely fair when it comes to cost. They are very family oriented and great ppl!

Charlie and the team did an extremely thorough job when fixing the backup in our sewer. They identified the blockage with a camera and made sure it was all flushed out. They answered all my questions and gave me updates on their progress the entire time. It doesn’t get any better than Callahan Plumbing and I highly recommend them. Thanks again!!

Matthew’s Plumbing have done excellent work in meeting all our plumbing needs that I even referred them to my elderly mother’s house, which is an older home, to replace a bathroom sink. He did the work professionally and advised her the possible unforeseen problems & costs associated with an older home before doing additional work to the aging home’s pipes.

Matthew was punctual, urgent, polite, and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem the night before Christmas Eve and was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Our cast iron sewer pipe cracked and had roots in it. Matt came out and quickly gave us an estimate. Had great communication, was courteous and very thorough.

He worked with our situation. He also went above and beyond in making sure our needs were met and no damage was done to our property while he excavated to get to the damaged pipe.

Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Showed up exactly on time and the plumbing issue we were having was identified and resolved almost immediately. For what it’s worth, I’ll be exclusively using them for any plumbing problems going dorward

I have had Matt to my house on two occasions. Once to fix my DIY mistake, which he was very kind about even though my mistake was stupid. The second time was to diagnose and repair a leak in my shower. Both times he was thorough, careful, and an easy guest to have in the house. He spent extra time finding my leak and fixing it. His rates were super reasonable. I'm having him back this week to run gas to my fireplace.
