Clogged pipe from sump pump & Dan was amazing. Honest, respectful, fair, reasonable, on time, gave me options. Would definitely recommend.

Water Heater broke and was leaking, called around 8am and they said to expect them around noon - 1pm. They showed up at 10:45am and got the job done quickly, and of high quality. I was impressed. Thanks, guys!

Dan and Mike listened to what I needed and what I wanted. Apparently something wasnt as complete as I thought, so Dan explained to me what might happen, did I still want to go ahead with it. As I looked at the issue he was describing, as we discussed usage, it seemed that it was a minor defect and wouldnt interfered with the usage.
The explained their billing right away, the only question would be was this easy, fid I fit in the service call and 1 hour labor, or was it going to exceed.
They also needed to unjam the disposal. After they did that, Mike and I compared hex tools and found a close match, as I had metric. They took the time to answer my questions. They were awesome. Thank you

Courteous, honest and efficient! Ejector pump failed and they replaced it as well as secured the piping and seal drain. Definitely will recommend and will do business with if any future plumbing issues arise!

Dan is the best in the business. Prompt service and his work is always perfect, a true pro. Our most recent job was the install of a new hot water tank. My wife and I both work so we left the front open for Dan. That's right, we left the door open for him. When I got home that evening I couldn't even tell he was here, except for the new tank, perfectly installed and not a "crumb" on the floor.

We have used Dan for various issues for several years. When the issue is minor & we can just make an appointment they really work to accommodate my schedule & Dan always shows up right on time. When it's an emergency they bend over backward to get the parts and get us on the schedule as soon as possible. Again, when they say they'll be there at a certain time, they are.
His work is always done right the first time and as quickly as can be expected and he uses quality parts - ie: water heaters.
Dan is a local business here in Bartlett which I am very comfortable supporting.

I just wanted to say how very pleased I was with Callahan plumbing, my water heater was beginning to leak and on the verge of giving way and I was referred by a friend to call up Callahan and I called and spoke with Martha and she was a pleasure to talk with and she said they could get me in and Dan came out and hooked me up with a brand new water heater. Wow..... just wow... there are no words to express my gratitude to Dan Callahan and his partner Mike. I bought my first home 1 year ago and this weekend had a major plumbing problem. Martha (Dan’s wife and business manager) called me to make sure everything was ok at home. Just shows you how much they truly care. My mom and I needed a toilet fixed and a shower unclogged. Dan and Richard arrived 10 minutes before the arrival window which was nice. Dan is very intelligent and personable. He explained in great detail what he needed to do to fix the toilet as well as the cost associated with the service. He also looked at the shower and said it was in fact not clogged. I appreciate that he didn’t try to fix something that wasn’t broken just to make the extra money. Highly recommend Dan and will be using him in the future!

When you have a sump pump problem, it's usually an emergency. Callahan Plumbing understood and they were here an hour after I called them. Dan Callahan and Gary assessed the issue, explained what they needed to do to get things right, gave me a fair quote on the job before they started and were done in 45 minutes from arriving. This was a great save with a great local company.
