Building Restoration reviews in Batavia, Illinois

Would have 5 star but I was disappointed in the fact that they tossed what I had on my deck to the ground not that it was anything special but, they just left where they tossed on the grass they could of just put iron the patio. It was a door way mate and a tool and a light.. not that it’s a big deal but I guess it was

Nu-Again did a great job in my papers. They look brand new again. They were very professional and did a good job cleaning up. We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to our neighbor.

Nu-AgainHardscape Restoration did a wonferful job on cleaning and sealing my 3 year od pavers that were faded and in need of a facelift. They are a very professional compay from the office, sales and work crew. They were always available to answer any of my question and concern. It is rare to find a company that has good customer service and does an excellent job.

Nu-Again restored my wood deck and paver patio. They have a different crew that specializes in both. I cant say enough good things about the crew that did the work. Very professional, thorough, and great team work. Nu-Again kept me informed on who, what how, and met delivery date. I highly recommend them and will hire them again. I was very pleased with the end results. Happy I hired them! Thank you very much Nu-Again. Keep up your great work and outstanding customer service! ❤️ 🙏 🤲

This company is extremely communicative and reply to questions within minutes.
The owner is the type of gentleman that “says what he does and does what he says”.
A very trustworthy company to do business with and the actual on the sight employees are extremely thorough at what they do!!!!
My wife and I recommend Nu-Again very highly!!!!

Deck looks great. cedar stain is beautiful. there were a couple issues I had, which they promptly addressed. Customer service (main office) was top notch. Kathryn was always available to answer my questions and assist me through the process from start to finish. I highly recommend Nu Again for their ethical practices and customer services. Thank you Nu Again.

The team at Nu-Again Did a good job restoring my porch I don’t know if the stain that they applied protects against the elements I didn’t see or hear of any sealant added. I like to give a shout out to John. He is tremendous caring and understanding. He did a really great job explaining the process. I just wish that he would be out here to take a look and supervise the outcome. I thoroughly reviewed the work and for next time I think it’s something that I’ve could’ve taken on on a weekend nonetheless I want to take the team for A great result.

Nu-Again Deck & Fence did an outstanding job on our deck and fence. The staff were plesent and knowledgeable about the deck and how to do the work of refinishing and restraining. They told us what to expect and how long the process was going to take. We were pleased that they were able to move us up in the process to complete the job earlier than expected. The Deck and fence look fantastic, and we have had neighbors tell us how much better the deck looks in the Chestnut color. Thanks Nu- Deck!! job well done!

Very happy with the work Nu-Again did on my deck. Looks clean and fresh. Good communication from the office as well as from the men who were here working on my deck. We used Nu-Again (again) as we were happy with their work years ago , as well. Thank you!

Nu-again caused damage to my car, lawn and driveway. The simple fence staining we hired then for turned into a disaster. They did offer to come and wash my car, but we really didn't feel comfortable with that. The two people who did the work were not very friendly. I asked several times if they needed anything. They could easily have suggested that I move my car - I had no reason to think they would get stain all over it - or thrown a tarp or something on my property, but instead, they ruined our fence lights, left residue on our car, and they left puddles on the lawn (my dogs were even stained). Very disappointed.

Nu Again came out earlier this year and while we had some concerns after our initial service, they came back out right away and addressed everything to our satisfaction. Ultimately, I would use them again. John was great to work with.

I recently had my deck refinished by Nu-Again Deck and Fence, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. They brought my old, weathered deck back to life—it honestly looks better than when it was first built!

The quality of their work is outstanding, and they clearly take pride in what they do. They were respectful of my property, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure everything was done to perfection. I’ve had a lot of contractors work on various parts of my home over the years, and Nu-Again is hands down one of the best

Great communication. The staff that showed up at the house to do the work were friendly, professional & did great work bringing my circa 2003 paver patio back to an acceptable state.

What an exciting experience. Nu-Again constantly kept us in the loop from the time Nathan came out to provide us with an estimate until the completion of our project. Very customer oriented. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable and treated our backyard as if it was their own. Would highly recommend Nu-Again.

Terrific work! Nice guys that show a lot of care for your belongings. They certainly make sure you’re happy before they leave. Attached are my before and after pics.

We have used Nu-Again for both our paver restoration, and our wood decking restoration. This is the second time we have used them and the service has been impeccable for both jobs. They are in contact both before and after the job is done to inform you of when the crew will arrive, what you need to do to prepare, and the steps afterwards to insure that your restoration is dry and ready for use. The results have been amazing! Both our wood decking and paver patio look brand new. I highly recommend this company.

The whole process was seamless! Great communication from beginning to end. Nathan and Lucy were so nice to work with. The crew was top notch! I highly recommend them.

Nu-Again cleaned and sealed 2000 sf of pavers at my home. They made my patio, walk and driveway look like new. They efficient and professional. Completed the job in two days. I am very pleased.

Prompt and timely service calls with good communication throughout the process. Thoroughly explained everything and went over process for deck and playset. Workmen showed up for both the power wash and deck staining on time and left without really any sign that they had been working. Everything was cleaned up and tidy etc. Workers were courteous and professional. Would definitely work with this company again!

I contracted Nu-Again after researching many companies who performed paver restoration. Nu-Again had many outstanding reviews online. I started with Nathan, one of the owners, who visited my property to determine the scope and cost of the site. Throughout the entire project, Nathan was always professional, upfront, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Trates hard to find today in business! The work was started and continued across 2 days, 7/28-29/2025. The actual work was done by Homberto and Marcos. Both did an outstanding job both days. Also very professional, easy to converse with, respectful, and had great equipment to complete the task. I would highly recommend Nu-Again, and the team that completed my paver restoration. They are reasonable with cost and will work with you from start to finish. Great find for me! Would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend their entire staff !!

I have used Nu-Again twice over the past 6 years to power wash & seal my patio brick savers. It looks like new when it's completed! The procedure was explained thoroughly & the communication by text & email was excellent.
