I love how my pavers turned out. I have dogs, so the white has muddy paws already. The service was efficient through the process. Resetting the pavers makes them look new.

My 5 year old deck that had been previously treated twice, but appeared to need treatment again. Being dissatisfied with the previous applications, I decided to try Nu-Again and I've got to say...what a difference in service! They were very professional in communication, took care in moving everything off the deck and surrounding areas so they would not get sprayed when washed, appeared meticulous in both cleaning and application, and always kept me up to date with their progress. They really seemed to emphasize customer service as the top priority! While not losing any stars, my only suggestion would be to leave whatever sealant was left over from the job for touch ups (we did pay for it) and consider using Zelle, Venmo, or any other online type of payment rather than the ol' checkbook. Definitley will re-book in 3 years!

Nathan and his team did a beautiful job on our deck and our patio! They both look brand new after us neglecting them both for a few years! The owner is very present and dedicated to making his clients happy!! Super fair prices as well!

My cedar fence looks amazing. Nu again did an excellent job with communication and getting the work completed as scheduled. They have a very personable staff both in the office and on the job site.

After many frustrating experiences trying to reach other businesses, I found an add for Nu-Again Restoration. They called back the same day and immediately came out to quote my job. They had an opening in their schedule and moved my project up a week. The communication was excellent and my deck and walkways look fantastic. Very friendly people on both crews. I’ll use Nu-Again again!

Nu-Again did an outstanding job prepping and staining our fence. I am very happy with the results, and the neighbors have all complimented how nice it looks. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because a piece of equipment that runs hot was put on my lawn with nothing underneath it during prep, and now I have 2’ x 3’ dead spot in the middle of my green lawn. I would definitely recommend them though still, because the fence looks outstanding.

Very responsive to my requests. Did an excellent job. They were neat and careful not to spill or spray any of the stain on anything that wasn't supposed to be stained. I recommend them very highly! They went above and beyond. Can't say that about any of the past deck restorers I've used over the years. These guys are the very best. Nathan owns the company and it is his baby - not a franchise. He cares and it shows.

Nu-Again has helped keep our bi-level deck fresh and beautiful twice now, especially since we want to use it for as long as possible (new decks are EXPENSIVE, haha…) We love their service and most importantly, their *excellent* communication! 🥰

Nu-again power washed, resanded, and sealed our brick paver patio in our backyard and did the walkway and front steps out front. They did a great job. Everything looks new. They were very careful around my perennial plants and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional from start to finish. Had a great brochure explaining everything. Excellent communication before. They even fit me in for an earlier date before a big event at my house. Crew that came.out for cleaning and the sanding/sealing were thorough and professional. Also came back to touch up some missed pavers a few days after. Their bid was higher than a local paving company but worth it. Glad I went with them.

The team that came to complete our deck restoration was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Before moving forward with our project, we had gotten several quotes for composite decking and when the team from NuAgain came for the consultation, they made me feel confident in their ability to bring our 5 year old cedar deck back to life. Sure enough, they were right and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

I was home and watched 85%of the work. We had a good experience with a couple of exceptions to which the corrected. They power washed the first day which put a large amount of chips in the yard second day was sanding and staining. I had two issues. One was clean up to which they dispatched the first crew to come back and clean up. Second was some board replacement. They did offer to come back and replace the boards but I chose to do that myself. It has a 3 year warranty. I am hopeful it will last. All in all it was a good experience.

We had two patios installed at different times so the colors on one was pretty faded. Neither one really matched the other. Nu-again came in and restored bith patios color and had them match. What a huge difference compared to before. Nu-Again have me updates on each task they were doing and when. They're communication was great. A job well done Nu-Again! Thank you for restoring our stamped patios!.

Nathan is very quick to respond and willing to make things right. Our deck was not in great shape with the stain we had used for the last several years and now our deck looks amazing! Nice to know it’s guaranteed for the next 3 years!

Everything was great about my experience.
I actually never got to meet any of the workers because of my schedule, but they are trustworthy and completed the project in two days. The communication was great with the office and the entire crew. I would highly recommend them

My project was large. Four levels of deck. The initial meeting was great. We moved from my initial idea of just staining the entire thing the same hickory color to black verticals and underside. It took a lot of hard work and attention to detail, but the end result is fantastic.
