Blue Whale Plumbing is a great local option to consider for your plumbing needs. I have used Blue Whale for both an emergency plumbing issue a few years ago and just recently to install a utility sink in my laundry room. On both occasions they were on time and extremely professional/knowledgeable. For the utility sink, I received multiple quotes which were all within $50.00 of each other so Blue Whale’s pricing is very competitive…licensed plumbers aren’t cheap. Also, in my experience(s), their office coordinator was very responsive to calls/emails about the scheduling/quote. Thanks Blue Whale!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

I stumbled upon this company because the previous homeowners used them and left the contact info behind when I bought this house. I contacted them to install a toilet and I have to say the professionalism and level of customer service I received was outstanding! They arrived on time, worked quickly to get the toilet installed and best part of all is they did not leave a mess behind. I was impressed with the knowledge the plumber shared about things to do around my home to keep plumbing issues at bay and the price point was great. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and coworkers. Ken and crew replaced my old clay sewer line that had major problems in Woodridge. They were very responsive and helpful during the quoting of the job. During the job, they took a lot of steps to preserve my lawn and keep the dig site safe. The new sewer line is great and I am very happy with the work that was performed. Overall, I had a very good experience with Blue Whale Plumbing and Sewer and the work was high quality at a reasonable price.

Responsive, efficient and fairly priced. They showed up in a great looking vehicle and had everything they needed stocked on the truck for a garbage disposal replacement.

I've used Blue Whale for several plumbing issues in the past, and I've always had an great experience. The owner (Ken) is very responsive and friendly. Always patient and explains the issues. The work is done right the first time, and they show up when they say the will! Just yesterday (a Saturday), my water heater was leaking. I called early in the morning, and within a couple hours, Tony was out here replacing it. Completely done by 1 pm, and I initially called at about 8:30 am. Amazing, especially for a Saturday! I will only call Blue Whale for my plumbing issues...I have them stored in my phone! Great people to do business with!

Bulldog Plumbing replaced our primary sump pump and battery back-up pump. Bulldog's plumber, John, did a great job--expert, thorough, and clean. John was careful to explain every step. He installed quality equipment to code and treated our project like his own. Extremely professional work at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Bulldog and John.

Their plumber Chris was friendly and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We got an appointment the same week we called for the initial quote. We called for a new kitchen sink disposal and Chris also fixed a problem we had with water backing up in the kitchen sink when we did laundry.

Alex B my plumber was so helpful, fast, and efficient. He even showed me exactly what he was doing and how I could avoid the issue next time. A friendly, professional and very kind person.

Experienced a severe drain backup so needed our kitchen sink serviced ASAP. They were able to schedule next day and complete the job in an hour. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Will be using in the future if needed and will definitely recommend!

Bulldog plumbing installed a new sump pump and replaced by battery backup sump pump system. They were very responsive with a quote for me to have this entire system replaced. They were reasonably priced, Jon the plumber was professional, left my area very clean and spent time educating us and answering any questions that we had! I would recommend giving them a call because they were great to work with!

Bulldog Plumbing was knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. My tech did a great job! He also gave a me a minute to look at my water heater- Not even on the call-- and discussed how to keep it running vs. replacing!

We unexpectedly had our water heater explode. I reached out to Bulldog Plumbing and they were here first thing the next morning to replace our water heater. They were clean, efficient, timely and respectful. Not only did they explain what we needed they ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. I cannot recommend them more. Great experience with Bulldog Plumbing! We had a long list of plumbing jobs that needed to be completed, and Norm was extremely helpful, informative, and thorough. He noted possible problems and solutions, gave us options to fit our timeframe and budget, and even stayed longer than expected to make sure everything was finished to our needs.
