Reviews of local pros in Batavia, Illinois

Called for a quote to remove a tree and showed up within an hour and removed the tree same day. Called four others that never showed up to provide a quote. Will definitely recommend this company!

Extremely responsive with great communication from start to finish. They go the extra mile to accommodate your schedule and convenience, not theirs. Professional job and thorough cleanup.

Frank came out the day after I called him to give me a completely fair & reasonable quote on taking down a dead tree in my yard... and then his crew came in the NEXT day to drop it. I was amazed at the efficiency and speech - and the QUALITY - of his operation at Mall's and will definitely use them again!

Had an old pine tree that was mostly dead and leaning towards a neighbors house. They came out, gave me a great quote and got the tree down very fast. We will use them again.

Can’t recommend Mall’s enough! Came out very quickly to take down some dead trees in my yard. I had asked for them to leave the tree trunks so we could use them for firewood. I was expecting to come home to see the whole trunks in the yard but they were so nice and chopped the trunk and nicely stacked it for us. Went above and beyond what we were expecting!

Contacted Frank at Mall Tree Service regarding a partial tree we lost during a wind storm. Needed to take the remainder of the tree down and portion that fell away. Great service, timing, responsiveness and overall job prep and clean up! Will certainly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service. Thanks again!

Mall’s took down 3 dead trees in our back yard. They came quickly and took care of them while we were out of town for the weekend. We had asked to leave the trunks and I was going to cut up for firewood. We came home to find it already cut into 16” lengths and nicely stacked for us by our fire pit. They left our yard better than they found it. Thank you Mall’s!

Called on Monday to request a quote and got same day on-site written estimate from Frank Mall. Trimming/pruning 2 trees, removal of 4 very large trees near power lines. Work was completed by the end of the same week. Crews used plywood to get the truck in the backyard to prevent any ruts. Very professional, reasonable price, timely work. Have used them in the past and have recommended to neighbors, who have also used them.

Needed a couple of stumps removed. Contacted Frank for a quote (he came out same day) and did the the job the next day. Very prompt and courteous. Frank and his crew did a great job removing the stumps and all of the wood chips that were produced from grinding. Will definitely use Mall Tree Service again for any and all tree needs.

They did an amazing job removing 2 Bradford pear trees. They showed up bright and early and were meticulous! They did not leave so much as a twig or leaf behind. Price was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Their quote was reasonable, their work was great, and they left our yard looking better than it was before they got there. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again.

Mall Tree service was very responsive, came out and gave a quote right away and then the work was completed within two days of confirming the project. We had four trees removed; they were quick and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend.

I've used Mall's twice now to have to take down trees and they've always been fantastic. They come out quickly, work quickly, do a fantastic job and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I called to inquire about tree removal for a very large, old maple tree. I got a very fair estimate the same day and, lucky for me, they were able to come out the next day. The timing of the job was important. It was also a bit complex as there were wires running through the tree. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, careful and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Needed some trees removed from our property. I saw Mall’s Tree Service’s truck drive through town so I gave them a call. Someone stopped by that same day to give me the most reasonable quote for removing several trees. Signed the contract on the spot. They came back three days later (as planned) and did a fantastic job removing the trees and grinding all the stumps. Excellent service, price was beyond reasonable, extremely professional and would HIGHLY recommend using this company. I’ve actually referred this company to several people already. Great job!!

Driving west on Main Street west of Batavia tonight, were you driving drunk, unable to peel your eyes away from your phone, or both? Did you forget your business name and phone number are on the back of your truck? Your driving is atrocious, and you're going to cause a major accident. Extremely unprofessional.

I contacted Mall's Tree Service and Frank was at my door within hours. We walked the yard and I had a quote to trim my large trees in my hands that beat 4 competitor quotes I collected. The crew was out the same day and finished the job in 2 days. I was very impressed with the skill and professionalism of the team, they made the job look easy and left the yard, street and drive spotless. Would highly recommend and will certainly use Mall's again in the future!

After the recent crazy storm we needed one tree taken out immediately for safety. We’d been meaning to have all our trees tidied up so gave Mall’s a call. Visited same day, took the dangerous tree out and scheduled the other work for the following week. Did a superb job, turned up when they said they would and cleaned up like they’d never been there. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

We used Mall's Tree service to do some extensive tree trimming in our heavily wooded lot. The premeeting with Frank Mall went very well. I was concerned about trees that had branches that may have been risk to our house. Frank very clearly explained what trees/branches posed a risk to our home and addressed a couple other concerns we had. He very clearly indicated that they could address our concerns without risking the health of the trees. The crew that came out to perform the trimming was very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Their skill in performing the work was very good. They followed excellent safety practices to protect themselves and our property. They did a very thorough clean-up of the area, and the overall results were excellent. I would strongly recommend them to perform this service.

Would have 5 star but I was disappointed in the fact that they tossed what I had on my deck to the ground not that it was anything special but, they just left where they tossed on the grass they could of just put iron the patio. It was a door way mate and a tool and a light.. not that it’s a big deal but I guess it was

Nu-Again did a great job in my papers. They look brand new again. They were very professional and did a good job cleaning up. We would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to our neighbor.
