We contacted this company and spoke to Melissa and greg twice to confirm our issue and talk about prices and we agreed on it. The next day they sent the wrong people 4 hours late and they didn’t bring the right machinery to fix our problem. We were told they would send the right people and equipment and then they changed their prices drastically and they were not even sure if they were gonna fix our original problem. If you’re thinking to work with them be ready to for them to show up late and send the wrong equipment and people. Every worker gives different price and fees. We do not recommend this company. Melissa and Greg are very rude and they were denying everything we spoke about before. And instead of apologizing melissa was screaming and making threats that they would put a lien on our house because we didn’t pay for the guy who came out which did absolutely nothing.

I got an appointment the next day I called, and both the dispatcher and techs were friendly and helpful. They also showed up right on time, after calling to confirm. (My job was a fairly simple pump put and it went smoothly)

This is the second time I've used Ability Septic for my septic tank. I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. Jared and Johnny were on time, polite, and very efficient and nice. Their prices are reasonable, and they had no problem getting me an appt the same day, it's a pleasure really to do business with them.
