From the very beginning of the process our experience was amazing! Jen was very helpful and worked with us even though my husband and I were out of town and could only communicate through email and FaceTime. My daughters were able to meet with Jen and select the flooring for our home that met our needs. I have already recommended McCullough’s Flooring to neighbours and family members. Also, Joel and Billy were very professional and did a wonderful job making our home look great!!

McCullough's has a great selection of flooring and wall tile products. I've used them for multiple floor installations over the years and a recent kitchen remodel. Their installers are very professional and do great work. Their store staff have always been friendly and helpful. Happy to support a local business that has consistently provided good service!

Amanda was super helpful and knowledgeable about their product. She also provided feedback when I asked about my color combinations. I plan to call upon her again after the bathroom remodel is completed.

So many wonderful patterns and colors to choose from in their showroom and they made it so easy to order samples to take home. My carpet was just installed and they did a fantastic job. I had the privilege of working with Amanda at McCullough’s Flooring & outlet in Belleville. Our experience was wonderful. They truly treat you like you’re their family. We replaced our 23 year old carpeting throughout our home. Amanda shared her expertise with not only the carpeting but assisted in coordinating wall color with my furniture samples. She also helped coordinate other flooring samples for future projects. They went above and beyond to make this a fun enjoyable experience. We had the opportunity to meet her mom and dad as well through this process. Their installers were great to work with. I honestly don’t think 5 stars is enough. I highly recommend them. Alex, Cassandra and Josh came to our apartment to put new carpet in all of our rooms (minus bathroom, kitchen if course). They started approximately 9:00 am they were completely finished by 10:30. They worked fast and accurate. Everything looks beautiful! Thank you so very much!!!!!

We absolutely love our new flooring from McCullough's. Terri was amazing to work with. She listened, answered questions thoroughly, and made wonderful recommendations. The amount of flooring on display and the sizes of the samples were great. Thomas did a great job installing our floors. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was very evident. You can tell he takes great pride in his craftsmanship. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with Terri (sales) and Thomas (installer) at McCullough's Flooring and we will definitely be back for future projects.

After Jen helped us in the store she visited our home to estimate product we need. We have done a lot of renovations lately, and Tom was the absolute best we have ever had to lay our flooring. He worked alone and did a wonderful job. You could set your watch by how he scheduled his day. When he finished each day, everything was picked up. When our flooring was done, everything was cleaned up. Thanks to Jen and Tom for a job extremely well done! We will be back!

I was replacing all the flooring on my main level. After initially going to another local flooring store and feeling that I wasn't getting much help and that the sales staff didn't seem to know much about what they sold, I decided to go to McCullough's based on their reviews. It was the best decision I made, and I can't recommend them enough! Amanda was extremely helpful to me in picking out my various flooring. I went back several times after changing my mind, and every time she was happy to help me find something different until I was satisfied. She made the process so much easier. Everyone, from the delivery man to the installers, were friendly and very professional.

After many years of putting off new flooring, we recently decided to install laminate flooring in the main living area in our home. We went to McCullough Flooring in Belleville, IL. Terri at McCullough guided us through the many flooring options. Jen at McCullough came out to measure our area and gave us a quote which we felt was quite reasonable. They were both extremely thorough in explaining everything to us. About 2 weeks after choosing our flooring, Tom, the installer came exactly when expected and went to work immediately…alone! He was meticulous in paying close attention to every detail. Our flooring was completed in 4 days. The entire experience with McCullough Flooring was easy, pleasant and stress free. We could not be happier with the finished product and wonder why we waited so long.

So we needed carpeting for our new home. And since we had done business with McCullough in the past it was a no brainer to go right back to them for our new build. Terri and Kylie were absolutely wonderful and knowledgable to work with. They helped me make my selection of carpeting for the bedrooms and the stairs to the basement. Now after a month of being in the new home, I couldn't be happier with our selections. Also a shoutout to Alex and his crew for the installation, they were outstanding. Amanda has been amazing to work with. We had some work done our slab house and we were trying to find a tile match for the kitchen . I did the chat with us message and got a response immediately. The first match was not correct so Amanda did some digging on her own and ordered more free samples. Unfortunately none of the samples worked, however working with them has been the best experience around. 12/10 recommend.
