Ghosted. Got an email 2 weeks after request. No call. Job was already done. Apparently, no interest when contacted.
Official response from representative 28.04.2026 13:58Hello, I apologize for the delay in response on your quote. On our Yelp profile our response rate is 100% and 1 day so I’m unsure how yours took so long and I’m very sorry this happened. I did add a few more users to monitor our quote requests so this doesn’t happen in the future. We appreciate each and every one of our customers and we in no way handle our inquiries this way. I had a great experience with this windshield repair company! Scheduling was incredibly easy, and they offered plenty of available options that worked perfectly with my schedule. The repair itself was quick and super convenient. Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free highly recommend! (Belleville Location).

Had to have our 2021 Mazda CX-5 driver and front passenger door windows replaced. Contacted Safelite who quoted a cost of $1,200, and would have to drop-off vehicle. Contacted Martin Glass and was quoted $700 for both windows, and they would come to my residence.
Matt and Robert arrived at the appointed time and completed the job in about 2 hours. Both were very professional and explained the type of glass used for replacement (laminated and not tempered, just like the original windows). Definitely would recommend Martin Glass for your vehicle repair. Also glad I selected them and supported a local company.Official response from representative 08.11.2024 21:46Hi Jeff- Thank you for the wonderful review!
