My home looks as shiny and new as the day it was built. My entire driveway and sidewalk were scrubbed clean; the owner cleaned sidewalk along street as a bonus. Cobwebs-gone. Siding looks fresh. Phenomenal curb appeal now. Had my home “cleaned” two years ago by another company, but that cleaning doesn’t even compare to the job done by SprytNa. 😊

Jim teamed up with Mike from Cosmic Rain to give our home's exterior and every window a thorough cleaning. Our house has never looked so sparkling clean! We had the house washed including soffets, dark areas on north side, etc. Mike took off every wasp nest, bug spot, you name it. Jim is a perfectionist! All my screens were removed and hand washed, window sills and tracks cleaned, and windows both inside and out were cleaned and sparkle. If there was a streak on the outside that he saw while cleaning the inside, he went back outside and redid that window.
Overall, getting our house to look like this is quite an accomplishment given we live in the country and have very soft water which always spots.

Jim did a super job. He came to clean the gutters and down spouts on the house, and then the windows, both inside and out. I thought it would be a two-day job, but Jim accomplished all in one, and everything sparkles! He arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed perfectly. I will call him again in the Spring. I definitely recommend SpryNa.

Jim did a great job. Our house had a lot of mildew on the North side, plus rust. He was able to remove all the mildew plus he had the necessary things to get rid of the rust. Did a great job on the gutters. The house now looks new. Also the windows and screens have never been this clean.

I'm very satisfied with the results This wasn't just a sprat and run job. He scrubs the surface to remove tough dirt and mold without damaging your siding. A reasonable price and an outstanding service. My moldy gutters are bright and clean. He noticed some mold on my garage doors and took care of it. Some oxidized paint dripped down on to my front porch, he cleaned it off. If you want more than just a cheap job, hire SprytNa.

Jim examined our gutters by opening up the covers and informed us we didn’t need to have them flushed - The gutters were clean on the inside but looked dirty on the exterior.

Did not charge us for the service call.

I called SprytNa for an assessment and quote on cleaning the siding of my house and cleaning out my dryer vent. James came out right away. His quote was very fair and he even offered some additional options such as cleaning and sealing my driveway which needed it, and my screens. He even took my broken screens to have them repaired! He got me on his schedule and did an incredible job! So good that I now have to have to sidewalk s cleaned because are just awful next to my driveway.
I cannot recommend SprytNa and James enough! I will definitely be using this company again!!

Jim arrived the same day as my requested service. He cleaned the gutters and downspouts that were completely full of pine needles. He cheerfully worked in the almost 100
degree heat and took before and after pictures of his work. A complete gem of a person! The work was above my expectations and the price was fair. I Definitely recommend this company and will call again for future property

They did such a wonderful job. The house went through a hugh transformation and now looks almost new again. Very thourough and even redid areas that did not meet their standards. I can't say enough good things about this company and the person who did this work.

I am very impressed with this company and the service we received! I called this morning around 10:00am, they came out for a quote about an hour later, offered me a very competitive price (compared to other quotes I received), and completed the service by 1:00pm. It looks fantastic and my house is market ready!

My experience with Jim Brown of SprytNa was outstanding from the very start to the end of four projects.
I saw his website and called for an estimate. He actually answered his phone and came to my house within an hour of the phone call. Jim is easy to work with and super thorough when making up the estimate. I initially hired him to simply power wash and stain both the deck and porch.
First, it was super-hot outside for many days and Jim showed up early every morning to start the work. He respects and protects your property. Jim had all the right equipment, chemicals and crew to get the job done. The deck was built in 2012 and had never been stained and I was shocked to see the beautiful difference from filthy wood to clean wood. As hot as it was outside, Jim came every day with a smile and meticulously power washed any spot he missed. He’s a perfectionist at heart.
Secondly, Jim has a good knowledge of his stain products for the job. He recommended a product especially for the unstained wood. He also had the perfect color that I wanted. Once the first stain coat went down, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the deck and porch looked. Neighbors stopped to say how nice everything looked.
Third, I was so happy with the way Jim completed this huge undertaking during the heatwave. Before he left for the day, I asked him if was available to power wash and stain both my 10 X 10 shed and 30 foot fence. He took this project on as well in the scorching heat. (I provided a cooler full of cold water, Gatorade and umbrellas so he and his crew wouldn’t pass out 😇.) All of the wood matches and looks fabulous.
Lastly, after all of the power washing and staining, I mentioned cleaning my driveway. He does that too! I hired him for job number four. With precision and attention to detail, Jim used cleaners to power wash the driveway and double sealed all of the cracks. After the products dried, he returned to lay a super sealant that remains black. It’s been one year now and the driveway looks like new.
I love the way Jim worked. He has excellent work ethics. He communicates clearly, he’ll contact you if he’s running late and he’s an all-around nice guy.
I definitely recommend SprytNa to anyone who wants a job done professionally. Thanks Jim and crew!
