My regular mowing service was cancelled without warning or any communication from the company. Very frustrating to have to scramble for another mowing service at the last minute.

TQL has been servicing my yard, landscape, and assisting my family for over 8 yrs. Any mowing, landscape, or snow removal has been requested, acknowledged, and responded to in a professional and timely manner. The Staff and Management have set the mark for capabilities and dedication to providing a total quality job!

I have Used Aaron's business, Total Quality Lawn Care and Lanscaping for 11 years. They have taken care of my lawn care and done many ladscaping jobs for me in that period. This includes building walls, creating beautiful landscapes, mulching, cleaning out beds and cutting my grass. If there are ever any problems (which are small and few) Aaron makes it right.

Today, his crew did a GREAT job for me. They went above and beyond what was expected. I paid for 7 seven yards of mulch to be spread in my front yard beds and trees and along the right side of my house. They showed up with 9 yards and gave me it all. Carl and the crew were very personable and easy to work with. They were able to spread mulch in a few other places in the back to use it all up and they put pre-emergent on that as well, all at no extra cost. They offered to haul off a bunch of limbs that I had piled up in the front yard. They even raked up many tiny twigs in the front yard too. Those items really saved me a lot of work in the future. They cleaned everything up when they were done. As Tony the Tiger would say, “They’re GREAT!!!” Aaron and his guys are trusted by me to do a great job and take care of my needs. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. In fact several of my Neighbors already use his service because they have seen his crew in action on my yard.

We use Total Quality Lawncare and Landscaping for snow/ice removal. Aaron and his team are proactive and communicates the plan for all weather events. He is professional and I couldn't ask for better service.

This is by far some of the worst service I have ever received. His lack of communication is astounding. I used this company for nearly a year. However, Aaron is unresponsive and unorganized. There where multiple billing issues on his part and when I asked for a detail bill after he claimed I missed payments for fertilizer, he never produced them and never responded. I have reached out to him twice now (via email and phone) in regards to canceling service due to a military move coming up and receiving a final bill. He has still not reached out to me nor provided me with a final bill.
Update: After I left this review, I received a phone call from Aaron, threatening to get his lawyers in involved for slander and defamation because I left an HONEST REVIEW AND MY OPINION. He stated to me “I just read your google review and I don’t appreciate it.” Well sir if you had better communication and service this wouldn’t be an issue. Your poor service and customer service skill are very deserving of the review I have left about your company.

Aaron and his crew are always the epitome of professionalism. I've been working with them for 4 years and never had a single complaint. I had them install a new patio last December. On time, on budget and absolutely beautiful. Above and beyond service! Thanks Aaron!

Aaron really impressed me on a pretty large landscaping job to completely rejuvenate decrepid landscaping in front of 3 large apartment buildings. It looks really tastefully done now. They went way above and beyond as well, taking care of random surprises without hesitation, and even loaned me some expensive equipment as a favor after the job was complete. I first met Aaron in June, 2021 through my sprinkler service technician. He graciously accepted and corrected a drain job that had been botched by another company. I took that company to court and won. We all know that “time is money” but Aaron took off an entire day from his business and testified on my behalf. At this point, I had known him for only a few months. That spoke and still speak volumes for me and our relationship has grown to one of friendship. Whenever I need a service technician’s expertise, Aaron is the first person I call for assistance. Aaron and his team are friendly and provide quality work. If a job is not to my satisfaction, Aaron has the team come back to make it right. I have used Total Quality Lawncare and Landscape for drain work, landscape ideas, shrub planting, lawn cutting, and deck replacement/upgrade. I have given recommendations to others who also hired Aaron and his team for their lawn needs. I highly recommend this company!

The guys where timely, professional, and did all the work without waking me up while I sleep as I work night shift. Yard looks great and I’ll be a returning customer. I appreciate their amazing work and would recommend them without hesitation.
