Paul and his partner were fantastic. They did a great job with the new home we are moving into.

I would give zero stars if possible. We had an appointment to have our whole home cleaned. Scheduled an appointment well in advance. We prepared the home, moved all furniture as instructed. We received a call tonight (after end of business hours and too late to find service for tomorrow) with lies and excuses that they won't show up for our scheduled appointment. Not apologetic at all, no offers to give a another appointment but said "I will get back with you in a couple weeks." Thanks for nothing. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!!

They did an excellent job on my carpets, got out some really ugly stains. Very professional, highly recommended and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Their business is admittedly misleading. They say $89 for 3 rooms and hallway and show image of a staircase. Anyone would believe the stairways are included in the deal. Guess what? They are not! Their $150 deal says entire house and you would think that stairways are included but again they are not!! We signed them up for our entire 5 bedroom house (1 bedroom is in the basement) for $210, which is much higher than their $150 entire house deal and thought it should cover entire house. Even if you buy double of their $89 deal it should cover 6 bedrooms and 2 hallways for $178. We were paying even higher than that. We normally pay $150 for same house but paid them higher thinking it’s Covid time and we didn’t want to negotiate. The owner turned up at our home and started asking for more money! He had no clue why he considered one hallway area included but didn’t want to do one small open area in our basement even when we were paying him more money than deals mentioned on his website or What we pay other carpet cleaning companies for same house. When I said I didn’t want to get it done he said I need to pay a service charge! Basically arm twisting me to agree to what he was saying - either way I was getting a bad deal.

After the work was done and I paid him, I confronted him with the information and deals on his website and images he displays there. He couldn’t give a proper answer why he was trying to negotiate a higher price or why his website shows misleading information. And then he said things that you would not say normally. At that point I just decided not to discuss anything with him further as it seemed futile.

Any seasoned business has much more experience as compared to home owners of house layouts and pointing out the areas and clarifying them with the customers to remove any confusion. But this business doesn’t want to do that but in fact they are happy to post misleading information on their website.

I hope this review makes them fix their ways and website.

This carpet cleaner company is seriously the best I’ve ever used, and is far less expensive! I’ve used Stanley steemer in the past, and they didn’t get any stains out and were 3x the price. I looked on google for another and tried this company and I could not be happier. I will only use them from now on.

I found Ron and Paul to be very responsible professionals. They always called us if running late with plenty of notice. Upon arrival they made sure to always protect my belongings and I loved how careful they were especially now during covid 19, I reaaly appreciated their care about this. There work was amazing, I had pet stains that Ron was abe to remove. I feel so much better now. Thank you guys, really appreciate you, will call you again and again. :)

The owners are incredibly nice and responsive. Their prices are super reasonable and they were incredibly efficient. On top of that our carpets look great! Will definitely use again and recommend to other people.

Ultra steam provides a great carpet cleaning service at a good value. I used this service several years ago and was amazed that their prices have remained almost the same. Once again they did a great job in February 2021. I recommended them to my neighbors and friends and their opinion is the same. Great service at a good value.
