I was able to schedule a quick appointment! Dave was super helpful setting the appt up. Nick arrived and explained the process. I showed him several old stains (kids destruction) on the carpet. Also our stairs were pretty dirty from work done on the basement. Nick did an amazing job getting 99.99% of the stains out of the carpet and bringing the stairs back to life. While the stains our fault and we knew they would be hard to get out, I am very happy with the job and the new life in the carpet! Just remember, you can’t always get out all stains, but Nick came pretty damn close to fixing our messes!! Will definitely use again for other carpeted areas in the house!!

My experience with Fresh and Green always have been amazing. I have been patronizing with this company for a very long time when a church member referred me. I have been served by both Nicholas and Dave over the years. Today Nicholas provided cleaning for me and of course he was very pleasant to work with and restored my carpet to a perfect clean look. Nicholas even gave his business booklet to my sister that was here and seen his work and was amazed how clean my carrier was getting. Thank you again Fresh and Green see you all in 6 months. Our carpet is very old—probably three families lived on this carpet before we bought the house. I told David we have plans to replace it but because we just got a new puppy, we’re not doing that until she gets 100% potty trained. We just needed to eliminate the odor and grime right now, enough to bridge us over until new carpet. David gave me great advice on how to clean the carpet after she has an accident. He was super friendly! I would use this business again, requesting David.

David did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I moved into a new place and was told my carpet was clean. The carpet was not cleaned properly although I complained. I highly recommend using Fresh and Clean Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Company. Not only are their prices competitive with bigger and more established carpet cleaning companies, but they are knowledgeable about the science behind professional carpet cleaning practices.

Unfortunately, I do not have pictures to provide of the carpets that were cleaned because it was a move out carpet cleaning, but the carpet was left looking like new.

I hired Fresh & Green Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning to clean out of dryer vent and air duct, and I had an excellent experience with this company. Fresh & Green sent their representative, Dave, to perform this work and he was as professional, knowledgeable, and personable as could be. My carpet looks brand new! I absolutely love it. This is my second time using this company. The first was for duct cleaning, I was trying to help with mine and my kids allergies. FYI it helped a lot. I didn't have high hopes because my carpet had gotten a lot of traffic in the past three four years without cleaning but I was truly amazed. The carpet looks brand new especially the stairs, which my kids use as a playground. I will definitely use them again, matter of fact I am using them again next week for my tile and grout. I can't wait to see the transformation.
Also the customer service is top notch. David communicated with me every step of the way and was very accommodating.

He deep cleaned pretty rough carpeting, including a stairway, that really needed some love. They turned out excellently.
