We had 2 outdoor faucets replaced. Our service guy was very friendly and efficient. The job was over before we knew it and we are happy with the new faucets. Would definitely recommend Ehret.

Furnace quit working after black out 2/11/26 in the St. Clair county area. I called Goodman the morning 2/12/26 and they sent out Ehret the same day within hours. My experience was awesome Technician Justin Sampson was great. Mr. Sampson took the time to explain each step of the work he was doing and said he enjoyed my interest. I have never experienced someone who actually enjoyed his work as he showed. Technician Justin Sampson definitely gets my vote for Employee of the Year and would make a great Instructor. In the time he took to fix my furnace he taught me so much about it. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Larry

I have had a good experiences as well as some poor ones.

I called to get a toilet ring replaced (+toilet reset). I was quoted $270. I didn’t want to spend that much so I paid the $75 service fee without getting the work done.

I called Ehret for a quote to replace my air conditioning unit, as well as four other companies. Every other company made a specific appointment time and sent a sales person for the job. Not Ehret. They send technicians to do sales and give you a standard time window. My window was for 11:00 am to 1:00pm. Well, 1:00 pm came and went without a word from them. When i called i was told they had emergency calls come in this morning which set the technician scheduled for me back. This would be fine had they called to notify me. But they didnt. So instead i wasted half my day waiting for no reason. They offered a meager apology and said the tech should be done with his current job in about an hour. I declined and canceled completely. Im not wasting the second half of my day too. Not a good start to impress a potential new customer but im glad i found out early about their inept ways of taking care of customers before i actually became a customer. Ill use another company.

Went with ehret because they installed the hvac, they sent out Bryan last year who did an excellent job servicing the unit and showed me how to maintain the unit. 5 star service. This year they send out Justin who was very unprofessional and throwing out high numbers without knowing the price of the product he was providing, and charged $456 dollars for the exact same service that Bryan did last year for $169. He didn't clean the outside unit and he bent the door where the air filter goes instead of taking the time to unscrew it to check the filter. To add insult to the damage he already did, he refilled my AC unit with freon and said you have a leak. Ehret sends a proposal of the cost to replace the coil plus a refund due to Justin over charging for his work. July 22nd I get the money to replace the coil and try to go with the proposal 58 days from the last proposal and they want to send Justin the destroyer back to my house to Trump up more charges plus a diagnostic fee stating that the price may have changed from the last proposal. I feel like they wanted to take advantage of me because even though prices for the new coil may have changed the hvac unit in my house hasn't. So why does he need to come out and check my system again if you already proposed a price. You have the information stop trying to get more money when I'm already spending over 1k.

I had Ehart come out to look at two toilets of mine with separate issues. The gentleman did not have “the tools” on his truck to fix my clogged toilet and said he is “filling in” today. He then quoted me $250 to replace my water fill toilet valve. I looked it up online and found I can buy one for $11.99 at Home Depot. I went and bought it and installed it in 15 min. I felt like they tried to rip me off. I will never call this company again. Wasted my afternoon and still have a clogged toilet. Called their competitor to come fix it.

We didn't get serviced or even get a phone call from them, telling me what time they would show up. I'm not happy about this and I'm trying to find some one else to do the work we need done. This is something we should not have to pay for.
