I was replacing all the flooring on my main level. After initially going to another local flooring store and feeling that I wasn't getting much help and that the sales staff didn't seem to know much about what they sold, I decided to go to McCullough's based on their reviews. It was the best decision I made, and I can't recommend them enough! Amanda was extremely helpful to me in picking out my various flooring. I went back several times after changing my mind, and every time she was happy to help me find something different until I was satisfied. She made the process so much easier. Everyone, from the delivery man to the installers, were friendly and very professional.

After many years of putting off new flooring, we recently decided to install laminate flooring in the main living area in our home. We went to McCullough Flooring in Belleville, IL. Terri at McCullough guided us through the many flooring options. Jen at McCullough came out to measure our area and gave us a quote which we felt was quite reasonable. They were both extremely thorough in explaining everything to us. About 2 weeks after choosing our flooring, Tom, the installer came exactly when expected and went to work immediately…alone! He was meticulous in paying close attention to every detail. Our flooring was completed in 4 days. The entire experience with McCullough Flooring was easy, pleasant and stress free. We could not be happier with the finished product and wonder why we waited so long.

So we needed carpeting for our new home. And since we had done business with McCullough in the past it was a no brainer to go right back to them for our new build. Terri and Kylie were absolutely wonderful and knowledgable to work with. They helped me make my selection of carpeting for the bedrooms and the stairs to the basement. Now after a month of being in the new home, I couldn't be happier with our selections. Also a shoutout to Alex and his crew for the installation, they were outstanding. Amanda has been amazing to work with. We had some work done our slab house and we were trying to find a tile match for the kitchen . I did the chat with us message and got a response immediately. The first match was not correct so Amanda did some digging on her own and ordered more free samples. Unfortunately none of the samples worked, however working with them has been the best experience around. 12/10 recommend.

Very satisfied with the experience I had with McCullough's. As a 15+ year commercial construction professional, I was already aware of the excellent quality of work and materials they offer. This week was the first time I visited them for a residential project. Jennifer assisted me with selecting the perfect products. Justin was involved and engaged, scheduling the delivery of my materials, and ensuring I'd have everything I need. Their showroom and office is in an easy to access, well-established location with ample parking. They offer a wide selection of products and options at all different price points. If you don't know where to start with a flooring project, they would be good partners to help guide you and bring your vision to fruition. I highly recommend McCullough's for both Commercial and Residential flooring projects, and will continue to use them for my flooring needs.

We did a total kitchen remodel and in the process worked with several trades. There were definitely bumps along the road and times when we had to question the craftsmanship of some. Not so with McCullough’s Flooring! We went to them for the backsplash and the whole experience, from picking out the tile though installation could not have gone any smoother. The quality of the install was A+ .

Vic with Vogs Landscaping was amazing to work with. My company canceled on my last minute and He showed up last minute when we really needed help and completely transformed the property. They handled a full landscape haul, cut back overgrown branches, cleaned up weeds in both the front and back yard, and left everything looking clean and ready to go.

Super professional, hardworking, and very affordable for the amount of work completed. You can tell Vic actually care about doing a good job and not just rushing through it. Communication was easy, they showed up when they said they would, and the cleanup afterward was excellent.

Highly recommend Vic and Vogs Landscaping if you need reliable landscaping work done quickly and at a fair price.

They do good work, but when they break stuff in your yard, they would not pay you for it or reimburse you. They make excuses for that so be careful when you hire the crew.!!
