Reviews of local pros in Belleville, Illinois

FSC is amazing! They always make sure we are happy and satisfied with our cleaning. We used they for a move out cleaning and they did such a good job we continued to use them are our new home. Their cleaning is amazing and their staff is even better!

Randomly cancels service for no reason after we asked questions regarding the contract and makes us pay cancellation fee.

We have been with Fresh Start since before they were Fresh Start, and it’s because we trust the owner’s so much with our home. After multiple experiences of disappointment with other companies (damage to property, unreliable schedule, insane price hikes for standard services, etc.) we found FSC and we are so glad we did.

In fact, we’ve hired them beyond just residential and have used them both commercially (cleaning an investment property before sale) and institutionally (cleaning for our own employers on large projects.

Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I used this company for years before retiring and moving to NC. It was always nice to come home to a clean house with shiny faucets and appliances, too. I worked M-F , and they afforded me the pleasure of spending my weekends with my grands instead of cleaning. They were always flexible with my schedule, too, if I had company coming. Highly recommend!

My carpet needed a lot of tender loving care
and Fresh Start gave it just what it needed.
I am truly satisfied with the cleanliness and
everything overall.

We hired Fresh Start to deep clean a house that we are selling. It was previously a rental and the tenant did an okay job cleaning once they moved out. We knew that calling Fresh Start would help us list the house with confidence. They did an amazing job putting the final sparkle on the house! They aren't like any other cleaning company. Their communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and care is so consistent. We highly recommend them for personal residential cleans, construction, and move out cleans.

Great service! Dominic and his team were polite, professional, and did a thorough cleaning job. Great communication, scheduling-wise, as well. My wife and I just closed on our first home, and did their move in package. 100% worth it.

Could not recommend Fresh Start more highly!! Honestly their professionalism and flexibility during a very stressful move was a much needed breath of fresh air. My wife and I are military, and were fortunate enough to purchase a home during our time in the area. We decided to hold on to the property to rent out, as it’s very likely that we’ll return sometime in the future. Getting ready for the big move, and the new occupants arrival, was very stressful… Fresh Start was completely transparent about the cost- they’ll go through with you line by line what they can do to fit it in your budget and meet your expectations. They’re also very flexible- we didn’t finish packing in time, and they were kind enough to clean around us as we rushed to finish up. They also adjusted, and stayed longer to clean that day (we planned to do some things ourselves, and then flat ran out of time). Overall, they were friendly, professional, incredibly efficient, and very much worth the money. A sincere thank you to Fresh Start!

Fresh Start Cleaning Company did an amazing job deep cleaning my large sectional couch! I highly recommend this company for any cleaning services you may need- my family & friends will be using them, as well!

Thank you so much, will definitely use you guys again!

After a detrimental illness of my sister, her home was not in the necessary state of cleanliness as it needed to be for her to come home. I contacted Fresh Start and was immediately impressed by Dominic's professionalism and caring. He went far beyond the basics. His crew were delightful and respectful. Her home is now clean to perfection and I have peace of mind. Thank you Dominic and crew!

Very happy with this cleaning company and all the staff! They’ve been professional, courteous, and efficient.

We recently hired Fresh Start Cleaning for a move-out clean, and they did an incredible job from top to bottom. The cleaners arrived on time and communicated with us throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless and stress-free.

Knowing that our house was being thoroughly cleaned before handing it over to the new owners eased our minds considerably. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the house. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the professionalism they displayed.

We highly recommend Fresh Start Cleaning for anyone in need of a reliable and thorough cleaning service. Thank you for making our move-out process so much smoother!

Absolutely fantastic. When the job was finished my mind was blown. Every employee that came into my house was professional, hard working, and incredibly detailed. They noticed things i never did. I can't recommend this excellent company more highly. I even needed a move out cleaning done in a matter of days (no small task) and they made it happen. Amazing company. Amazing employees. Amazing management. Bravo and thank you.

My organization recently worked with this company for our carpet cleaning and were very pleased with the experience! Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Highly recommend Fresh Start Cleaning!! We have been clients for many years. The team always does a fantastic job on our house. They are super responsive to schedule changes, provide several days' notice as to the time they will arrive and a text when they are on their way. That is such a convenience for me since I work from home. Overall just a great company to work with!

I would like to share that the Staff at Fresh Start are miracle workers. They come in and get to work and do everything in their power to help keep life moving forward for their customers.

The owners are great at communicating and working with me on my needs. Those needs can change depending on the season and kid activities and Fresh Start has worked with me on those changes and they are helping with construction cleanup ,while we are remodeling.

Hiring Fresh Start to be part of my HOME TEAM has been such a blessing. And I would like to Thank the staff at Fresh Start for being amazing

Fresh Start has cleaned our house for several years and I have always found them, professional, thorough and trustworthy. I have had no reservations about having the staff work independently and unsupervised in my home while I was there or away. Truly a top notch cleaning company and a value with everything seemingly costing more these days. Thank you Steph and Dom for all your help over the years.

I called Dom and his team to clean my carpets on a move out from the apartment and I was shocked how professional, friendly and well done the job was. He pulled up in a professional truck, clean and impressive looking equipment. I could see the steam from the wand as he was cleaning and he was very friendly throughout the job. Carpets instantly looked much better and I received my deposit back. Thank you Dom and FreshStart!

After Reaching out to several companies about the difficult service I was needing,Dominic from fresh start worked quickly to find a solution. The job wasn't an easy one. I run a restaurant in which half of the dining room wall is Brick and had been heavily Graffitied with Crayon. After many calls and turn downs and yet another company that could've just said No, Fresh Start excepted the Challenge. Dominic and his team were able to get the job done. A job that wouldve taken me months to do myself, they were able to tackle in just a few hours. A job that i thought would cost thousands Barely touched the bank. This wasn't an easy job but with his equipment, hard work and Dedication The wall looks as good as new..I wish i had before and after picutes as the results were Shockingly, amazing.I will Definitely be reaching out To fresh start for future jobs. Thanks again Fresh Start, i am Extremely grateful for your hard work and dedication.

Fresh Start Cleaning company has always been prompt on arrival, done a thorough job cleaning my house, and the customer service is excellent . I would highly recommend this company !

I just received a house cleaning service with them and wanted to express how wonderful of a job this company does. I was not surprised one bit with their 5.0 star rating. The team was very efficient and made my house feel brand new. I have two dogs that shed and they were able to remove the pet odor from each room. Also the price is very very reasonable. The best you will find around. Definitely recommend to everyone and will be using them again!
