We had a two home move scheduled for Dec of this year. We moved two homes into one..leaving nothing but heavy items in the houses. The company didn't show up on time. They lost some of the bags of screws that were taken from some of the furniture and finally they damaged the bottom of my 1500.00 adjustable, vibrating, lit, platform for my king size brand new purple mattress. Instead of replacing the platform they offered me a ridiculous 150.00 for the damage. The response time was hideous and their quote for us in the letter. the state of illinois deems everything to 7 pounds per cubic foot which is where we derive your payment of 150.00 is basically all it said..nobody ever came to weigh my bed.this issue may have to be taken up in small claims if we cant get it resolved.

This company reschedule me 3 times and once I got a date. I had titook time off work. The company never showed up. I called,called and called. Finally I was told sorry and we could tell you when we will be there. This is not a professional company. you should look elsewhere.
