Reviews of local pros in Belleville, Illinois

These guys were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, responded to our urgent need in the evening and had everything cleared away by 10 am the next morning. Reasonable prices and lots of great advice for our tree health! I highly recommend them for your tree needs.

Anyone that knows me understands I tell it like it is. That being said....I had on oak tree over 3 feet across that had to be removed because it was dead and hanging over my house. There were overhead and underground electric lines, along with an LP tank, within 6 feet of this tree. Paul, and his crew, cut and lowered all these huge limbs, due to the house and utilities under the tree, with surgical precision!
These guys are exceptional at their jobs, not to mention, very affordable! I wish most businesses had the knowledge and common sense these guys have!! The world would be a better place.
Thank you Paul and Crew!!

These guys were great!! Reasonably priced and easy to work with. Their responsiveness was excellent when communucating any issues and progress. They promote safety where ever they are working. Even during the busiest time of year with bad weather, these guys came to complete the job to remove a monster tree with ease. I truly appreciate working with these guys and highly recommend to anyone who needs any tree services done.

Awesome service, quick removal of a large tree and exceptional clean up.. Can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the work they did. Highly recommend them.

Needed a dead ash removed and got an astronomical "group rate" from another company.

Called Tree Doctor just to see what they could do - beat the other rate significantly and knocked the job out within a day. Very impressed by speed, punctuality, and professionalism. They got to me in no time, but I would absolutely wait for them if they were busy considering price and quality of service.

If you are new to the area and want no BS professionals that will cut a square deal - call these guys.

Paul and his crew cut down TEN trees on my property.
They did a fantastic job.
They were efficient, safe and courteous.
I received seven estimates from different tree companies American Tree's price beat them all
Thank you Paul and your crew!!!

I had multiple bids to remove a dead elm. American Tree had the best price. Called them in the morning, they were out within an hour, had the tree down and cleaned up in less than an hour. They did an amazing job, and were professional, and courteous.Would definitely call them again and have already recommended this company to family and friends! Great work!

We have used American Tree Doctor numerous times at our previous residence, a rental property and now at our new home. We had a very tall, dead tree close to the house that they scheduled to come next week and cut down. I received a call this morning from Paul the owner. He said he wanted to come today to prevent us from having any wind damage. They were here within an hour and completed the job. After seeing just how unstable this tree was, we were very lucky. Talk about looking out and taking care of your customers!!! These gentleman are the ONLY ones you need to call! They are very reasonable, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They go above and beyond to ensure the job is done safely and neatly. Friends and family that I have referred them to have been 100% pleased as well.
Five stars isn’t enough!! These guys are awesome!!

I had more work completed by this company today and again they did a 5 star job. Trimmed three trees and did two stump grindings. Also cut down and removed a dead tree. Absolutely satisfied with the outcome. Price was most reasonable. Cleanup immaculate. TY Paul, Nathan and crews.

Fantastic company. Very fast and professional. Paul and his crew are the best. Very friendly. Did a fantastic job with cutting down a huge tree in a hard place to get to. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Did more then they needed to. Would highly recommend.

We received 5 quotes from various companies in the area and American Tree Doctor was the best quote by far. The team was very friendly and worked well together. They worked fast and did a wonderful job. Once they were finished clearing our business space we hired them to work at our home as well. If you need work done, call American Tree Doctor, you won't regret it!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul from American Tree Doctor, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. From start to finish, their work was impeccable, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and skill. I received estimates from many tree cutting services and American Tree Doctor was very competitive in their price.

They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and after a quick assessment of the job, they got right to work. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge and expertise, carefully considering the best approach for each tree and executing the job with precision and care.

What stood out to me the most was the Paul's attention to detail. He took great care to ensure that each tree was properly felled, and they were meticulous in their cleanup, leaving my property looking better than it did before they arrived. They took all the necessary precautions to ensure that the job was done safely and efficiently, and I was completely at ease knowing that my property was in good hands. I had 3 huge trees right by the main road and no damage to the road or any passing cars.

Overall, I could not be more impressed with American Tree Doctor's work. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of tree cutting services, and I am confident that they will deliver the same exceptional level of service to each and every one of their clients.

Awesome team of professionals. On time, on target - start to finish only took a few hours on the ground.

Very fast and very professional....best group of guys to do the job. Two big trees down and removed in a few short hours!! Thanks again!

I had American Tree take down a huge pecan tree between 2 fences, buildings and power lines and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend them for any tree removal. Thanks guys

Best tree service I ever used very professional and affordable they have a customer for life

Got several quotes and Paul's was by far the lowest (less than half the other quotes I got). I was able to arrange everything via text and the whole process from first contact to job completion only took a couple weeks. His team worked efficiently and safely and did a great job. I highly recommend Paul / American Tree!

Paul was great to work with. I had several pine trees and tree debris from the tornadoes back in March and after getting multiple bids from well known tree companies around that all were very high and a long wait, I contacted Paul and he did the job for less than half of the other quotes. He and his team were out within a week to complete the job. Very impressed.

From start to finish, dealing with Paul and his crew was a great experience. From contacting Paul for a quote and all the way through job completion, communication was stellar. We had a very large (over 70ft tall) dead pin oak removed today and we couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of the completed job. Paul and his crew went above and beyond for us and it's truly appreciated. We will be contacting them for other jobs in the near future. Highly recommend! Great job at a great price! Thank you again, Paul and crew!

Absolutely thrilled with the service from American Tree! From the moment I called them to get a quote, their customer service was top-notch. They were quick to schedule an appointment, and the team arrived right on time, which is always appreciated.

The crew was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They took great care to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. They worked efficiently and safely, ensuring my property was respected throughout the entire process. It was clear that they take pride in their work!

Not only did they remove the trees I requested, but the pricing was very fair and transparent.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I highly recommend American Tree to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and skilled tree services! 5 stars all the way!
