Reviews of local pros in Bensenville, Illinois

This is my 3rd time using Racoon Cleaning, so obviously I’m very pleased with the job they do. I’ve had them do both a deep cleaning and regular cleaning. Diana and Maryana are fantastic, they’re very careful and they work non-stop. Plus they’re super polite and nice.

It is a very good and reliable cleaning service, come on time , dont cancel on last moment. I have have been using them from last 3 mon for weekly and bi weekly cleaning , they do great job. Maria and Elysa are specially excellent.i am so happy that i found them will highly recommend them.

Well , after so many years of having the same person clean out my house I was a little hesitant on WHO to call and trust to clean like my crew.
Diana and Maryana from this place Racoon cleanig services came with tools in hand for the task at hand. Not only did they give me a checklist ahead of time of all the things that that was going to be included with my cleaning, but they also asked if there was anything else in addition that I would want to have done and then considered that time before I started. After all said and done, they ended up doing such an amazing job with only a little time extra and still very fair priced. They did exactly what I asked him of them and looked smelled amazing ! Thank you ladies ! Til next time

cleaning as we’re preparing to list our house, and they did an excellent job! The team was punctual, professional, and very thorough in every room. They paid special attention to details, which really made the house feel fresh and move-in ready. Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and the results exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and detailed cleaning!

I’ve been using their cleaning service every month since last year, and I can’t praise them enough! In the second month, Diana and Maryana came, and I was so impressed with their teamwork and attention to detail. Since then, the same crew has been coming regularly, and they know exactly which parts of the house need extra care.

If they have time left, they even help me with the garage and basement — such a thoughtful touch! Communication is always easy, they’re friendly, and their scheduled cleaning service is very reasonably priced.

I’m extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and thorough cleaners.

Raccoon Cleaning Services is the best cleaning company we’ve used! We use them periodically for move in/out cleanings for our rental properties. It’s a different team each time but they always do a thorough job. We also have monthly cleanings at our personal residence. We have the same cleaning team each time (Deana and Maryana). They’re friendly, professional, and they do an excellent job. We highly recommend them!

Natalia and Mary have been doing a great job cleaning our home. We love how clean our home is after their visits and how respectful and polite they are. We recommend them.

Victoria and Liuda did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning my apartment before I moved out. They were very professional, friendly, and thorough with their cleaning. I used their services for about 3 hours, and I felt that it was very reasonably priced. I know I will use their services again the next time I move. Thank you so much!

I’m so pleased I found raccoon cleaning. These ladies are so efficient and professional. I have 4 dogs and they are messy and shed a lot. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms , kitchen, living room and a family room that they clean for me once a month and do it in 2 hours. I recommend them to anyone. I just appreciate everything they do for me. My life is so much easier because I have them.

Thank you raccoon

Wonderful service! Will use again!! Diana and Maryana were amazing - efficient, professional, and so kind.

I have been using Raccoon cleaning services for home cleaning for few years and have been very happy with my experience.
Lesia and Iryna were very courteous and professional at their work. I appreciate their services.

I am so grateful for this cleaning service. I have a monthly cleaning done and I’ve had cleanings done by various employees. Today I had Olesya and Tania, and they left my home spotless. They work so hard and I greatly appreciate the finished product!

Team 11 is great! Each month they do a deep clean for me and it makes my life so much easier. My house is spotless 😀. They really do work hard to keep my house up for me. Appreciate all their work ❤️ I have been a customer for year now! Never regret doing this either! Racoon Cleaners is receptive and always willing to make changes to what I want done each month and they work with me on the price😀 Cannot say enough good things about this service and team 11 ❤️❤️❤️ thanks Holly

The Racoon Cleaning staff are wonderful. They not only do a great job cleaning our home but they are also very friendly. I highly recommend them!

Raccoon cleaning is a great service with an excellent price. They are very flexible when it comes to scheduling and always leave our house sparkling clean.

One small frustration is that we often get new people coming to clean. They have all been very professional, but we have to show the newbies around our house and teach them our preferences.

I have been receiving cleaning services monthly from Raccoon Cleaning and many of the teams have went above and beyond to offer great services. I tried a majority of their teams prior to selecting a permanent one. They have over 10 teams and a majority are good some I did not have the bests experience with but thats why I tried all and narrowed it down to the few that were great. Natalia and Olga, Galyna and Oksana, Halyna and Tanya, Diana and Maryana were some of the teams that provided a great experience. Lately, Diana and Maryana have been coming consistently and they have been doing an amazing job. You do not have to ask them twice to do something and they always show up on time snd throughly clean everything. They have great attention to detail and are always willing to accommodate my last minute requests such as garage cleaning or fridge and oven. Today they cleaned my fridge and without me asking put everything back exactly the way it was. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Raccoon Cleaning especially Diana and Maryana team.

I’ve been a customer for two years now & have been very happy w the cleaning. They arrive on time & are thorough! I would recommend! Bonus: Halyna is always so kind to my dog & my dog always gets super excited to see her!

Excellent service. Very thorough. I did the deep clean and asked them to hit my kitchen floors and bathrooms extra hard. Looks great and more importantly, the wife loved it.

Team # 4- Olina & Yulia are great. Very professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning my house paying lot of attention to every corner & every detail.. Impeccable time (arriving & finishing on time). I’ve had Raccoon Cleaning service for almost a year now and I am extremely impressed with both their management and teams. Would highly recommend them. A big shout out to TEAM 4!

I highly recommend this company. They did an amazing job. They cleaned my home even better than I could have imagined. The two cleaning people were efficient and thorough, and they hit every nook and cranny. My house is sparkling! The cost of the services was extremely fair. I will be using Raccoon’s on a recurring basis. Couldn’t be happier!

I’m very happy with team #7, Olesia & Tania. In fact, after having 2 other cleaning teams, I told management I only wanted them for all my cleaning appointments. They are courteous & good cleaners. They always ask if everything is ok & if I do occasionally find something they missed, they always make it right.
