The guys from Central IL Air have been here this week installing central AC in our home. Not an easy task with our 12’ ceilings. Plus we’ve been working on other projects around the house, so everything is a bit crazy around here. Add two grandkids to the mix and its been a really crazy week. After a poor experience with another local contractor that got drawn out over something simply overlooked until we troubleshot/found the problem ourselves, (and remained unfixed), CIA came same-day to diagnose the problem. A part was ordered, received, and repair was made the very next day. Scott and Chase were professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest, expedient, and caring in regard to the issue. We won’t be going with anyone else in the future, should the need arise. Highly recommend!
