CSI construction did a fantastic job on our home addition. Norm, Duane, and their team were very respectful and professional throughout our project as were all of their subcontractors. We would 100% recommend them to anybody considering a new project. Their work speaks for itself. 10/10

We couldn’t be happier with the addition to our home. The quality of the work is truly outstanding—everything was done with care, attention to detail, and a high level of craftsmanship.

Just as important, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and manageable.

They were also incredibly kind and patient with our kids, who were very curious about the process. The team took the time to include them when they could, which meant so much to our family and made the experience even more special. They are so sad the project is done and all the guys are gone.

We highly recommend them and would absolutely work with them again!

Just don't with this guy... You'll regret it!

I would have given a rating if 0 if possible. On Saturday he stated that he would start on my project on Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM. I asked that he please notify me if anything changed with scheduling. After he didn’t show up at 8:00 AM I sent a text message at 8:40 AM asking if he was coming and he simply replied “NO”. I asked when he could start and never received a reply. Terrible communication and customer relations. I could have had someone else and maybe even had the work done during the 2 days that I waited for him to get started but now stuck waiting on more estimates. Total unprofessional and I would not recommend contacting this guy for services.

I'm a major fan of Clearview. They're great.

Please do not use this service. They have terrible customer service and accuse their clients of lying about maintenance requests when we have no experience with plumbing. Not professional at all.

Poor customer service, ridiculous pricing, worst overall experience.

They lied to my landlord saying I would call them back when they never picked up and I left 2 voicemails. Not professional at all and never responsive.

A few days ago we had a sewer back up in the building. It was so bad that water rose to the 3rd floor and overflowed all our sinks. The guys, Franco and the other guy that came quickly, assessed the situation and it took them several tries to get it unplugged. Apparently there was no cleanout on the 4th floor, as they always have to go a floor above to open it up and start rodding. So they had to go to the roof and upon fiding the corresponding pipe rodded about 125' of rod, and they had to do it twice before the water receded and they could open the clean out on the 3rd floor, and rodded all the way down. The guys were hard working and dedicated to finding a solution. I would recommend them to anyone.

My advice is to stay clear of this company. Poor customer service and not very professional. I guess it is reflected in their reviews here.

Ben came early in the morning to fix a broken toilet and was super fast, efficient, and polite. He even cleaned all around the toilet during and afterwards. Highly recommend him!

Great service. I've used them a few times in the past. They completed a big project when I first moved into my home, which included a new ejector pump. They ate responsive to service calls and get the job done. I will continue to use them.

My total experience is excellent, timely, patient in describing everything clear with in-depth detail, I appreciated The customer service skills, answered all my questions, great job, and clean up. I would definitely recommend Clearview to a friend.

Try to avoid Haring Clearview, like Month ago I contacted them to do some work at my house. The work that they did took them 58 minutes I know because I have security cameras anyway they charged me over $262.00, one week later I noticed on my card statement that Clearview charged me over $272.00 they want appointment but they do not come on time either too early or too late.

Ryan and Mitch were outstanding. They were concerned with cleanliness and explained what they were doing along the way. I highly recommend them.

Be wary if you choose to use this company. Had a drain back up in my basement. They came that evening and cleared it but said they needed to come back in the morning and finish. I was not there the next morning but they told my wife they needed to camera it, and then that the bill total was over $1200, to rod a drain???? They also messed up my check valve sump pit in the process and now I have to pay another plumber to come out and fix that. Steer clear…
Edit: Not the wrong company. l called the plumber left by the previous owner of the house I bought after hours one evening, but maybe he called one of your guys? I assure you that it was a Clearview Plumbing van that Nick got out of and into when he was at my place performing the work both times.
