They were lifesavers would recommend them to everyone

Very satisfied with the work done at my building, Jimmy the plumber replaced the water heater fast and professionally and at a decent price. Will hire them again..

Very professional technicians. I called after hours for a leak and was very pleased to have someone answer and respond to my problem immediately. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Also the pricing was very fair! Thanks again for your quick response.

Best service you can ask for! They were very helpful and very knowledgeable! Thank you again for everything! Fast, professional and honest!

Mark is an old school stand-up guy that came in and got the job done right by the book. Plus, his prices were far cheaper than other quotes that I've gotten. Reason i'm writing a review is because i'm very meticulous with my work and I like to have like-minded people working on the things that i can't. If you want it done right for good value the first time call Mark!

Mark came out and rodded my bathtub in less than 20 mins and was respectful of my time and space.
Really appreciated his kindness and generosity and price range!!!! Thank you Mark and will pass on your information!

Excellent company,Mark came out and took care of our plumbing issues after hours and we were amazed by the professional workmanship and the prices. If your in need of a plumber you cant go wrong with drain savants.

Came out to my oak park home and rodded out the kitchen sink on short notice. They were clean and professional and the price was very fare. Over all a good experience with drain savants, will definitely be using them again in the future

$550 to clear a small root in drain pipe. Job was quick and easy but too expensive. I should have done my homework and done it myself.

Found the issue with all of our three bathrooms and did an awesome job! Water has been draining well so far and I am grateful they answered me right away and showed up same week. Really appreciate them coming in on a short notice! Thank you so much!

Avoid this place. Terrible, had a clogged bathtub and they ended up putting holes in pipes. Of course I knew their response would be I have old pipes. So now I’m out 200 for their poor service and quality. Bathtub is still clogged and damage on top of that. Don’t go to these scammers. Just a warning

My bathtub was clogged for weeks, draino wasnt working, plunging wasnt working, a neighbor recommended the service and Mark was there within an hour, and the job was done in less than 30 mins!! I was SO happy! And I was surprised at how affordable it was because times are tough

I called these guys late evening, they came checked out the situation and gave me an estimate. They came back first thing the next morning and got working right away on the issue. The issued was resolved and asked if I wanted them to clear out the rest of the pipes for only a little bit more money. I would recommend these guys to anyone! They are well priced, punctual and know what they are doing! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!

Amazing experience!!!! DrainSavants came out to my oak park home and assessed that my main sewer was clogged and need to be rodded. They were able to fix my problem with professionalism. I will be using DrainSavants again in the future!

Jim and Lisa did a Great job. Arrived on time. I had 2 tough drains and they took care of everything. They spent time cleaning up nicely. Would use them again.

Drain Savants installed my water heater and were able to put in PVC piping for a difficult orientation between my exhaust vent and the blower unit. They brought in a senior plumber to provide extra guidance and the job was completed with satisfaction.

I am so GRATEFUL for Drain Savants! With such short notice, they were able to schedule an appointment much sooner than I had expected. And as an added bonus they were very reasonably priced!! Mark was professional and quick to explain to me what the issue was and how to go about fixing it. He even suggested ways to prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future. I had a problem with my main water line leaking. I called Drain Savants and Mark answered almost immediately and was very responsive. We were on a time crunch and he came within the hour and only had the water shut off for 2 hours, as opposed to a days' work. He's not cheap, yet I would highly recommend, as he was highly professional and knowledgeable during our emergency!
