Reviews of local pros in Bloomingdale, Illinois

Your staff did an outstanding job on my windows! Spotless!!! I will be reaching out to you again in the coming Spring. Great work, fabulous rates. Top notch service.

Booked gutter cleaning for my two story house and one story garage around 9am and had the team out the same day at noon. Had pictures provided at the end of cleaning to show the nice and clean gutters. Invoice was provided for easy online payment. $150 for two stories as shown on the website and $30 for the garage. Will have them back for the fall.

The team was extremely responsive, and the option to receive a quote and complete the work same day was so convenient. There was consistent communication while the work was done. Definitely recommend them!

This company came out the same day I called and provided excellent service. It was quick and the gutters looked great. Vladimir even took before and after pictures for me. It's a great company to work with if you need your gutters cleaned.

Very professional! Excellent job! I had all my screens washed along with both inside and outside of windows.

Very happy with the work done on gutter cleaning and exterior and interior windows, screens and stuff. Good follow up and shows up when they say they will. The work is good as well. They are not cheap but definitely offer value for the price. Glad I found them and hope they are around as I expect to use their services on a continued basis. Dom did the work on both occasions and he is pleasant and professional thanks Dom!

Thank you Alex for coming out tonight. The wind was howling and you did a great job. They need to give you a raise!

I’m disappointed with the work. I paid 400.00 dollars and it was not a very good job. Make sure you clearly understand their pricing for window wells, and how they are cleaned.

Dave did a great job going the extra mile to clean the heavy and wet leaves from our gutters. He also used a garden hose to unblock several plugged downspouts! Highly recommended!

Alex from My window Washing came at 10;30AM (10 - 12 window) on a bitter cold, windy day. Alex went over and above making sure my gutters were thoroughly cleaned and the downspouts were flushed of leaves and dirt. He even blew out lower level leaves and flushed those downspouts, which wasn't in the original request. Alex came with the necessary equipment to complete the job - ladders, blower, bucket, and his own hose for flushing.

Timely arrival, dedicated and friendly technician. There was a little confusion on the quote versus final bill. Ask for a written quote before proceeding just to avoid confusion. Previous providers had no issue washing a window with a lot of tree coverage. This technician advised there was one window they would not do.

FYI … paid an extra $100 tall ladder fee. Ask about all of the add on costs when agreeing quote.

All in all I’m pleased and will use them again.

We have used My Window Washing the last two years for gutter cleaning. They came out today with a break in the December weather and had our roof and gutters clean as new within a very short time. Courteous, prompt, pleasant and good value. Thank you, again.

Quick and efficient. Did a great job.

They were extremely helpful throughout the process between scheduling and the cleaning. Very professional with a great attention to detail.

They did a fantastic job on my windows. I will be using their service again.
