The people in the store were great. Roz was very helpful. The installers messed up the timing of the installation for the second job in a row. Last time I waited all day until they finally told me they couldn’t do it until the next day. This time they gave me an 8-10 window and didn’t show up until after 2:00pm. I was not happy.

I had an installation of furnace and AC two week ago. The whole experience is OK not great, I both the equipment and the service. I had big expectation for the Four Season installation service, the result dropped down my expectation, still ok. The installer came far late at 1:30pm, worked hard until 10:30pm, leaving AC installation unfinished. The missed testing leads to family always running while heating stopped more than 20 minutes ago. I have to manually turn off/on the fan that night and the next morning until another guy came the next morning to fix something in the partial furnace I stallation. The AC installation is completed 10 days later with 4 hours of work. It is running OK so far.

I had bought carpet from home depot once before for my 2-bedrooms and I loved it.now I bought carpet from home depot and I can't say enough loved this one in my living room. Good job all around. Love home depot.
