Home Source Builders did an exceptional job of refinishing my condo. Fit Finish Detail IMPRESSIVE. On time and On Budget!
We recommend this company for your remodeling/home construction project. Chuck & Barb Clarke.

We’re coming up on 20 years since Home Source Builders designed and constructed our new house that we have cherished and called home. The process from start to finish was painless and soo professional. Sonny’s design and visions are bar none. He really is that good!

Master Bathroom Re-model with Bonus Walk-in Closet.
My Wife and I contacted Home Source Builders (HSB) to complete a master bath project. HSB came with excellent fresh ideas on enlarging our space and coverting to a walk-in closet. After seeing the detailed CAD drawings we knew we had the right contractor who immediate captured our vision. Sonny's work and attention to detail is both impressive and impeccable. His workmanship quality is phenomenal and is true to his craft. As we all know with projects, there are unexpected bumps along the way but HSB handled them all with extreme professionalism and expertise. Not only do we have the bathroom we always wanted but my wife also has an amazing walk-in closet that is both practical and functional thanks to HomeSource Builders & Remodlers.

My wife and I hired Sonny for our kitchen remodeling project. From the day we discussed our plans to the day Home Source Builder's completed the kitchen we couldn't have asked for a more seamless project. On time, on budget and very meticulous with every detail!
I would not hesitate to contract Sonny again for any further construction.

Thank you Sonny and Ricky for your exceptional work on our kitchen remodel! The transformation to an open concept space has completely exceeded expectations. The attention to detail and craftsmanship displayed throughout the project truly showcases your expertise. I’m enjoying the beautiful new kitchen every day. Highly recommend Sonny and Ricky for any remodeling needs!

Home Source Builders and Remodelers remodeled our garage, our laundry room, two closets in our house, and installed a cat door in our bedroom going to above our staircase.

Garage remodeling included: all new electrical work (extra outlets/ extra circuits added to the garage), all new insulation, drywall install/ mudding, all new paint (2 coats, walls and ceiling), all new lighting, two industrial sized heating units on dedicated circuits, metal 6” plating going around the entire garage, and a new insulated garage door.

Laundry room remodel - when our laundry room flooded because our old hot water heater blew up they replaced the hot water heater, installed new washer dryer, redid the ductwork and plumbing behind the washer and dryer so that they took up less room and created more floor space, new tile floor, added a custom transition piece between upstairs floating flooring and new laundry room tile floor, removed/ reinstalled old fixtures for storage, painted walls and ceiling (getting behind the furnace).

Closet upgrade: after our old closet collapsed, falling on me, and nearly falling on one of our pets I wanted a closet that could support a ton of weight in a very small space. They installed a custom closet set up which could support a ton of weight without sacrificing appearance.

Cat door: framed and added a mini a cat door with mini handle and mini lock for feline companion’s above our staircase, leading into our master bedroom.

All of the work that we’ve had them out to do so far it’s been exceptional. My husband and I continue to recommend them to our friends and family who will be using them in the future. We are currently saving up for a large scale kitchen remodel and will be using Home Source Builders and Remodelers for our future projects.

These guys are the experts at making the project of your dreams become a reality!
Sonny and his team completely transformed our kitchen - new tile, cabinets, countertops, sink, ventilation, and appliances installed. Sonny listened to what we wanted to change (out with the blue tile and short cabinets that collected dust and grease on top) and came back to us with a design that we loved. We have been enjoying our kitchen way more since the remodel!

Having an experienced general contractor like Home Source Builders oversee our home renovations has ensured we always have quality results for our remodel projects. Highly recommended!

We are EXTREMELY pleased with the work of Sonny and his crew. They took time to get to know exactly what we wanted and made several quality suggestions along the way. Sonny and his crew were professional, always on time and respectful of our home. We had a bathroom added and a closet built over some dead space. Though there were a few snafus as can be expected with any home improvement project, the workmanship of his subcontractors was high quality and any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Sonny and his crew take pride in doing excellent work. They take their time and do it right, not to mention. Sonny and his crew are hardworking and conscientious, and I would highly recommend this company for any household project.

Cost $350 and they couldn’t fix it. We had to get a new washer.

Fast reliable quality and professional work.
Thank you!

Excellent work!! Great people!!

Frank and his partner were great. They were friendly and made sure everything was done correctly before they left. Highly recommend them

Armando was fantastic, worth every penny! I was impressed with how professional he was and efficient with his work! Highly recommend him for any job 😊

We just had our jacuzzi set up with a 220 line. And they did an amazing job. They sent me pictures and communicating with me throughout the process. I highly recommend their service. They were very professional and great to work with

EXCELLENT. Armando is professional, experienced and shows up on time- every single time. I recommend Armando for residential and commercial electrical jobs- you will not find a nicer guy plus he has a vast experience in all things electrical. ✅✅✅

Great service, highly knowledgeable, end result above expectations. I can’t thank Frank and his team enough. Went above and beyond all expectations. If you want electric done safely and above standards, Electric Power Up is your choice. Thank you.

Frank and Armando are the only electricians you will ever need for any electrical job. They are very professional and trustworthy. Their price are also the best there is, compared to other electricians out there. Thanks Armando and Frank!

We had them out to install 4 EV chargers in our facility and also add outlets for some new machines. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond my expectations. Besides myself who watched them install everything no one else in the facility can tell where things were run, it's like they were never there. Can't say enough about the awesome work these guys do. I'll definitely be using them for any of my electrical needs in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Electric Power Up! My husband and I were in the process of selling our house and needed some electric items attended to after our inspection. They squeezed us in to their already busy schedule to ensure we could get the issues we had taken care of well before our closing. They worked so quickly and efficiently ensuring transparency about everything they were doing. Their entire team is highly professional with a wealth of knowledge and years of experience between them. I highly recommend them for any of your electric projects big or small.

Frank and his team are flat out amazing!! From the easiness of communicating to him what I needed to his quickness in getting the job done. The work provided was professional, clean, detailed, and most importantly right on price. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for electrical or lighting work.
