Said work would be done by a certain time beginning of this year. As of right now work still isn't done. Work done is done very badly. With material not asked for. Owner is rude and inconsiderate.

I have been waiting for 4 weeks for AllPro to come repair some deck work they did! Don't give them the final check until they have completed their work or you'll never see them again!

Sonny miller is a liar and a thief before I signed the contract and gave him a $13000 yes thirteen thousand dollar check he assured me he had his own crew and a license in oak forest, liar and thief he got someone to get a permit under the company name of roy's roofing then had soto roofing do extremely sub standard work he keep pushing for the second $13000 check (it was a $39000 job) once he got the second check he sent 2 guys over each day who really pretended to work and refused to fix the problems with the work the contract had start and end dates. I had no choice but to tell them to fix the problems or not come back I got an inspection by a home inspector and I have $20000 to $40000 worth of damages he was supposed to install metal to prevent raccons from coming in but I've had racoons twice since then. To add insult to injury the piece of manure tried the extort the final $13000 out of me in court but after discovery from me he never provided his discovery or showed up for court (his lawyer blew court off two times also causing additional legal fees for me) for the countersuit. I was awarded a $50000 judgement against him which I am sure I'll never get out of him. My only hope he does this to the wrong person and gets what he has coming to him if you get involved with this scam artist good luck. My only hope is what goes around comes back to him ten fold

If I could give less I would. Sorry for the long post. But I was really unhappy with spending as much I did for the crap a** job I ended up with. I read all the reviews and thought I would be pleased with the work, wrong! I asked them to come out and give me a quote on a fence job. No fence in place, start fresh. 165 feet of fence on a corner lot, wood fence to match my neighbor, wrong, fence looks nothing like my neighbor, Not that hard of a job. If I had the time I would have done it myself. It def would have looked a lot better. Sonny was a great guy to work with till it came down to the actuale job being done. Excuse after excuse ,yes it did rain during my project but it still took almost 2 months for the job to be done and I was not happy at collection. I originally asked for 2 4ft gates and changed my mind to 2 6ft gates. I was told 350 extra charge cus of hardwear. He didn't use the extra hardware and didn't charge me but the gates are now sagging 2 weeks after project is "done". Had 2 other 3 foot man gates put on and not one sagas and gets Hooked up on my side walk. I now have to go back and redo most of the work "his guys" did. There were more problems with this porject then ever. I really could say nothing good about this company, and really don't care if Sonny knows what I'm saying about his "family own" company. I'm family has owned a business in Brouadivew for over 60 years and has never treated a customer the way he did. If we were late on a dead line we would take caree of them, Say your sons first birthday party we would have made sure hell or high water it would have been done. But from the time of deposit I gave them a 2 month dead line and still wasn't done in time, For my sons 1st birthday party I had to deal with dirt all over my yard some post were up, half of which were leaning. They did have another crew come out a week later and "correct everything" mainly the post. Job was done 2 weeks late past dead line. I asked for comp money and money off for the work I had to redo. This guy goes cus I had to hire another crew to finish I'm going to Lose mine end. NOT MY problem. He gave me 100 off the price of the whole fence. Ended up costing me 10 times that to fix what they didn't do right and half of my lawn is completely distorted. Would not suggest them for any work if you want your house to look clean when the job is done, or the job to be done right or on time.

I needed a quote on new porch construction. Sonny came out and went on about how great their company is, but yet never even got back to me with an estimate...... Not very professional. If he wasn't interested in the work he should have just said that and not wasted his nor my time coming out.

This company is horrible he charged for a whole job that he did not do... We took our bathroom off the contract to do at a later date and he kept the bathroom charges on the contract.. we opt out of the contract 6 hours after we signed, you have up to 72 hours per his contract to opt out..when we realized that he was overcharging us for work he was not doing we called and conversed with him and we text him he took our $5,500 deposit... didn't do anything but $400 worth of drywall to the ceiling... And now won't answer his phone....he will hear from our lawyer... I'm telling you not to mess with this man... Do not deal with him if he do not show you a building permit... Do not deal with this man if he do not show you a breakdown of labor and material...that is being used he really gets no stars he is a true rip off.. and it will cost him in the long run

THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE Sonny Miller of All Pro Contracting in Bridgeview, IL, to do any major remodeling project in your home.

He did not fulfill his general contractor duties per our kitchen remodeling contract signed 5/21/2019, when I paid him $5,000, representing an “initial deposit for architectural plans and engineer.” Sonny’s lack of project oversight, poor-to-no communication and extreme delays in procuring an architect, plan design and city permit resulted in my filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 8/10/2020, to which he never responded (as of 10/27/2020). Sonny never paid the architect for the plans or the permit fees (totaling $1,850), and no permit was issued because Sonny never responded to the architect’s request for a signature from the electrician, even though I signed and returned an authorization for the permit on 1/28/2020. I have never seen the plans nor been shown the design.
On 7/28/2020 I sent Sonny an email stating that it has been over a year and nothing has been done, except the architect was hired to do the drawings and acquire the permit. The permit application began in late January and the architect heard from the city shortly after that. I stated that the architect had not been paid and that due to lack of communication during this entire process, his slowness in hiring an architect, the architectural process and acquiring a permit, it is best to void our contract and have my $5,000 deposit refunded, less the architect’s fees.
On 7/28/2020, Sonny replied: “I understand your frustration believe me it’s been way too long but I’ve got to tell you this is been mostly the architects problem it’s been taking him forever and a day to do anything, and then obviously the corona hit and shut everything down for several months. I’ve spoken to him back in January and there was no issue with the plumbing [it was the electrician’s signature that was needed]. I have no problem refunding monies that are due back to you but I would really like to try and get this project started. Let me know what we can do at this point because going down the road of refunds and what not just brings up a lot of other costs of my time and like I said I’d like to continue moving forward. Maybe we can talk on the phone and try to rectify the matter.”
On 7/28 I responded, “I should not have to always chase down someone I have hired, who is supposed to be in charge and taking care of all of these things, coordinating and communicating with everyone. I am very disappointed in the way this has turned out and do not want to continue down this long road going nowhere. I have lost all confidence and trust in your ability and willingness to do this small remodeling job.”
On 8/4/2020 I sent another e-mail to Sonny summarizing the problems outlined above, asking him to pay the architect, to provide a copy of the design plans and to let me know what his “other” costs represent to determine how much should be refunded to me. I stated, “I hope to conclude this matter in a professional manner.”

I have heard only CRICKETS from Sonny Miller of All Pro Contracting.

Dealt with Sonny the owner, in the beginning (before getting paid) he was on top of things. Towards the end there was still some unfinished work but I trusted that he wouldn't leave me high and dry so I paid him. After that he turned in to a completely different person I had to contact him every day for the work to be completed, finally after a month and a half he sent someone there to complete it. This was done a year ago, fast forward to today. I was on top of my roof and noticed that the flashing was the old flashing the gutters were attached to and with all this rain, the gutter route system is not good enough to drain the water down the spout so it spills off the edge, he said it's cuz the gutters were clogged so I cleaned them out and the same problem! Not to mention when they came back last year to put in wider downspouts they never changed the opening to accommodate with the downspout. I told him about this since there is a warranty for the work and now I'm getting the run around and now getting ignored. There's a reason why he was the cheapest. Now to go report this everywhere else on the internet so people don't get screwed like I did.
