We had a disastrous experience with this company. They promised to help with our AC issue, but so far, nothing has been done. The initial appointment was confirmed, but it's now been pushed back without explanation. The owners seem to be all talk, making empty promises and not following through on them. Despite being given another chance, they didn't even bother to try. This is a company that doesn't care about its customers and I would advise others to avoid them.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company's performance. They installed my new AC and furnace, but I've already had two issues with it in less than a year and a half. My latest problem with the furnace not heating prompted them to schedule someone to visit, but they cancelled at the last minute due to another customer issue. When I expressed frustration, they finally rescheduled for 5pm, but now it's 6:30pm and no one has arrived or contacted me. The office is closed, making it impossible to reach anyone to resolve this issue.

This company's customer service skills are sorely lacking. The initial installation went smoothly, but attempting to schedule a follow-up system service is a recipe for disaster. I booked an appointment because we have a baby and specifically requested a certain time slot, which was crucial considering our child's unpredictable sleep patterns.
However, when I reached out to the manager about scheduling conflicts, they showed a complete disregard for my needs. They chose their own schedule, often arriving hours before or after agreed-upon times without warning me in advance. The worst part was speaking with the manager herself, who had no qualms about berating me and implying that I should be flexible and accommodate her team's limitations.
She essentially told me to "take or leave" the available time slots and suggested that if I wasn't happy with their service, I could "buy our products online and do it myself." This dismissive attitude left me stunned. If you require a company that will prioritize your schedule and provide reliable service, look elsewhere. These technicians don't seem to take pride in their work either.
During the initial visit, the technician was woefully inadequate, spending only 15 minutes at my home despite charging for a full hour of service. The job was incomplete, with critical tasks like leaving the water valve off and ductwork closed. When I brought this up, he claimed they "checked everything" but it's clear they're not doing their job correctly. -
This company's professionalism is lacking, making it a waste of time and resources for anyone considering their services. I had a furnace circuit board replaced a month ago, but it's already malfunctioning. When I called to have someone come out to examine the issue and assess the previous work, I was informed that their warranty only covers 30 days - meaning I'd be charged another service fee for them to return, plus the cost of redoing the job. The representative, who apparently hung up on me when I expressed my discontent, claimed I was unfair and complained about the time I called (9pm on a Monday) despite their advertised 24-hour service.
It's worth noting that after posting this review, my husband received a call from the same representative, who not only disputed my claims but also accused me of lying. This is unacceptable and shows a clear disregard for customer concerns and honesty. -
I hired them for air conditioning issues, only to have it blow warm air again a month later. The first technician came, filled the AC with 3 pounds of freon for $320, but that was just a temporary fix.
When I called them back, another tech showed up and ran a pressure test for $300 - which didn't even fix the problem. Instead, he told me I needed to replace all 30 feet of copper lines, which would cost $2750. Something didn't add up.
I was skeptical about both technicians' work, especially the second one who seemed more interested in charging me than finding the real issue. Luckily, I got a second opinion from another HVAC company that checked my entire system and found the problem - a faulty coil inside the furnace that was under warranty. The repair cost me $950.
The experience left a bad taste, especially since they had previously provided good service 4 years ago when I first bought the AC unit. Now, their reputation has been disappointed both by me and my family member who recommended them to me. -
I hired them to inspect and potentially fix a gas issue at my home, but what I got was a subpar experience from start to finish. Jared showed up promptly and installed a new thermostat that we had already purchased ourselves. He also bled all the radiators, which helped alleviate some of the pressure issues.
However, just four hours later, there was a sudden water burst in the boiler system. I contacted the emergency number and spoke with Jerry, who claimed he hadn't touched the boiler but did bleed the radiators. The pressure reading at that time was 30, significantly higher than the recommended level of less than 20.
Jerry agreed to return on Monday to assess the situation further, but he didn't show up. I repeatedly reached out to the company, only to be met with radio silence. It wasn't until a week later, when Jerry texted me again, that I finally got a response from Maggie, who stated someone would come visit on Friday.
Jerry then claimed that he wouldn't charge for another visit because we had already paid him $150 for his initial work. He insisted that since only the radiators were bled, he wasn't responsible for the subsequent water burst in the boiler system. I pointed out that the physics of the situation dictates that pressure must be released to prevent a water surge when it's not accompanied by water.
Jerry refused to acknowledge this and claimed that all problems arose after he left. He also stated that he wouldn't fix any parts or replace anything, despite our having a 5-year warranty. This lack of accountability was disappointing, especially given the company's initial promise of "loyalty and trust."
Things only got worse when I spoke with Bonnie from the company on the phone. Instead of addressing my concerns in a professional manner, she yelled at me and claimed to already know the whole story because Jerry had told her. She refused to listen to my questions or take any responsibility for the problems caused by their negligence.
Throughout this ordeal, I've been left feeling frustrated and let down by the company's lack of concern for customer satisfaction. -
I wouldn't hire them again. Their work has been hit-or-miss, often falling short of expectations. I've found them hard to schedule with and not very reliable. What initially impressed me as a new customer seems to be their primary selling point - but don't trust that. My elderly parents were also roped into hiring them, which was a mistake. Last year they installed a component touted as brand new, only to discover it had been used before - even having its serial number scratched off.

I hired 24 Heating & Cooling to install a garage heater, but it didn't last long - it started leaking water from the exhaust vent and ended up going through my roof. I've been trying to get someone from the company to address the issue for ages, but no one ever responded.
To be honest, this experience left me unimpressed with their service. If they don't stand by their work, there's no point in doing business with them. I'll share pictures of the damage and poor workmanship on my own website, so potential customers can see for themselves.
However, it's worth noting that the issue was eventually resolved when Bonnie from 24 Heating & Cooling contacted me directly and sent a check to cover the cost of fixing the roof leak.
