I scheduled an appointment with Armstrong, received an email with my job ID, and was given a specific arrival time frame. As it's a rental property, I also provided the tenant's contact information. However, neither I nor the tenant were contacted before the supposed technician arrived. In fact, no one showed up at all. After trying to reach out three times in the afternoon and again the next day, each call was met with the same response: "a message would be sent to the supervisor" who would then contact me. Unfortunately, this never happened. The last two calls were particularly frustrating as I requested to speak to a manager, only to be told the same thing – that a supervisor would get back to me. Needless to say, I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and considering Armstrong's business model, they've lost out on potential opportunities from owning multiple properties like mine. This incident occurred on a regular weekday, not during a holiday or weekend.
