The technician arrived at the appointment time, introduced himself, and asked me to describe in detail the problem I was having. He promptly serviced my grease interceptor and drain, and cleaned the area when the work was completed. I appreciate professionalism, and that is the service I received. Great job!

I have a rental property in Joliet. We had very old cast iron drain plumbing that had developed a crack and all of it needed to be replaced. I do not live in the state so I was trying to coordinate the consultation and repairs with this company and the tenant. Joe was the office administrator that I was working with. He did a fantastic job getting the consultation set up with my tenant and was really concerned with getting me all the necessary information to get started. He also had my schedule in mind and asked how I preferred to be contacted (via phone or e-mail) so as not to disrupt my schedule too much.

Brian was the tech that came out to examine the plumbing and was able to send me pictures and videos of what all the problems were with the drain plumbing. I spoke with him on the phone and, since I was going to be at the rental the following week, set up a time for him to show me in person what he suggested to be done. I agreed on the work and he was back later in the week to complete the job. The work took exactly the amount of time quoted and there were no surprises. He even helped diagnose a problem with my well system and installed a new pressure switch I had acquired at no extra charge. Brian has a great attitude and it was a pleasure to have him around the house for the time of the repair.

This company by far surpassed my expectations and I would absolutely have future work performed by them and recommend them to anyone I know. They took the time to clearly explain everything to me and were very understanding of the fact that I was not at the property through most of this. Great job!

I used them to inspect my sewer system. Very responsive in a short time frame and worked with our schedule. The technician was prompt, polite, and educational about our situation. Vicky, who scheduled the appointments, seemed to really care about my issues and worked to make sure I had what I needed.

I reached out to Do Right Rooter after being badly taken advantage of. I was upset, overwhelmed and didn’t know what to expect. The owners came out immediately to assess the situation and assured me that they would stand beside and support me through my dilemma. It was a huge dilemma and continued to be a challenge until today. Today we were finally prepared for and passed inspection. I can’t thank the owners (Dave & John), everyone from the office (especially Joe, Crystal, Vicki) and ALL of the technicians who were on the job site and worked diligently to right a wrong not of their own making. Throughout the project they were thoughtful, patient, considerate, dedicated and determined to make this right. I only wish I would have them first. I highly recommend if you need plumping or sewer pipe services to call Do Right Rooter.

My technician juan was great he came and got the job done right with installing a gate valve
(backwater valve ) well replaced an old cast iron one that was probably older than I am I would definitely use do right again and they saved me a ton of money

Called and they sent a plumber that I felt did not do the job correctly. I called and told them, and they had another plumber out within 30 min. Terry( the second guy)is the best plumber I have ever had, and they had him finish what needed to be done and more for no charge. They were trustworthy and honest, two qualities that are hard to find now. They did right by me, and I will call them first now, and I would highly recommend to my family.

Mr. Dave complete gentleman,very professional. Mr.Angel & his crew were very thorough explaining how the sewer line work,and how tree roots play a part in the blockage.
They completed the job to my satisfaction.However went Mr.Dave came by for the last payment. He want his guys to come back and check the flow of the water again. Excellent job *****Do Right,Got it right.

I’m am very pleased with the results. The plumber Did It Right! Kudos to Do Right Rooter because they definitely got the job done right. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

The team came out properly to give me a free estimate. They returned to do the work two-days later. during the estimate the team said said it would take a couple of hours to completed. The gentleman finished in about 45 minutes. Since this was plugging a drain hole in my basement, I won’t know if it works until we have water issue. So I’m hoping I never find out if it’s working or not. We don’t want any water issues.

Excellent experience with them! I highly recommend them. It literally took only one week for them to come out, give me an estimate, and complete the installation. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Greets company!

Do Right, overall, did a good job in completing the project for my house. They initially came out and rodded my basement pipes. When I let them know that I still had water coming in through the drainage system, they came back out and replaced the pipes for me. They also gave me a 5 year warranty on all of their completed work. I recommend using them for any work you need done for your house.

I had them do a difficult job on an old building. There were a lot of unknown traps that presented themselves as the job unfolded. Vince and his crew did a very good job at handling all the obstacles. They added a lot of value to the building and I am glad that I chose them. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Do Right Rooter was great! I had them come out to inspect an issue with a water heater, which was needed to be replaced since it was at its end of life expectancy. They kept me updated throughout the process and were able to schedule me in pretty quickly. Vincente came out and provided some great info and a great assessment of what needed to be done and all within a reasonable price point.
I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again!

Awesome service! Great experience, they are a wonderful team! We obtained an inspection for a direct drainage damage we obtained the solution and the price is reasonable, we recommend them.

David and John came out twice to assess both my plumbing issues. They gave me a phenomenal discount on the second project unforseen at the time.

My experience was absolutely 💯 percent stress free from the workers to the staff. After the job My landscape was put back intact making my job less worrisome. They contacted the City to come out to inspect the work before covering the whole and sent me pictures of the whole in the pipe causing the problem.
