Mom's basement had to have a ton of work done, i.e. waterproofing, etc. We went with Midwest Basement Tech and was so very impressed with the quality of work. The men who did the work were very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their basement/foundation repaired. Call Steve at 618-372-7077. Definitely a five star operation.

had hard workers and they did report to me any problems and work was alittle longer than planned but no extra charge was done. Everything works well with sump pump No more basement leaking or flooding noted

Two words that make every homeowner cringe are, "Wet basement".
It doesn't matter if it is inches deep or just minor seeping around the edges. It's still a major repair that needs immediate attention. It's better to do it, sooner than, later.
My house has only a partial basement, the majority of it is finished crawl space. I have a laundry room upstairs, so all that is in my basement is the furnace and extensive shelving units for storage. With that being stated, I rarely have any need to go down into my basement. When I did venture down after one of the early spring down pours, I discovered I had an issue. It wasn't major, but I wanted it fixed before it became one.
Again, being new to the RIverbend area, I reached out to friends and family for recommendations. Everyone of them said the same thing, "Midwest Basement". So it was a no-brainer on calling them to do the job.
They came and gave me an estimate, explained what they would be doing and told me what I needed to move to make the work area more accessible. When scheduling a time, they were accommodating to my unique work schedule. Best of all, it was a smooth job and they completed the job faster and easier than anticipated.
I could not have been happier with the work team. They were all very professional, friendly and respectful of my property. Their clean-up at the end of each day was impressive in itself.
The weather has been dry since my work was completed, so I'm waiting for the next rain to really check things out. However, a friend who used them in the past, lived in his house for another 13 years after the work was completed and never had water again. I'm hoping for the same positive results.

Received a reasonable bid to waterproof the basement and moisture seal the walls. It was the most pleasant experience from the time Steve came to check out our water issues and measure the basement till Jessie and his crew cleaned up and left. I've never had a company come in to give a free estimate who did not try to pressure you into signing a contract before the sales person left your house. Steve came in, walked in my wet stinky basement with me, took some measurements, explained what they could do, handed me some info and said I would be emailed an estimate and after I looked it over call them if I wanted to schedule. No pushy tactics just simple and friendly.
Jessie and his crew showed up all 4 days on time and cleaned up every bit of mess and worked very hard. These guys have a tough dirty job and we're kind enough to patch the cement were our cat snuck downstairs and decorated the wet cement . So far we are super satisfied, now bring on the melting snow and rain so we can make sure it all works!!!
