Reviews of local pros in Bristol, Illinois

Kendrick does an amazing job. I work at Labriola Cafe and he has been cleaning our floors for I want to say over almost over decade. Being a restaurant our floors (especially our tile/stone) accumulate a lot of dirt/grout/etc... once Kendrick comes in and cleans them, they look brand new. Overall excellent service

Kedrick cleaned and shined our hall bath grout/caulk and did a more major repair, tile reset and regrouting in master shower. Quick, perfect and more than expected at a reasonable cost. No need for other bids, he’s my guy from now on.

Bristol Tile and Grout Restoration did a great job cleaning and restoring our shower and tile floors. Kendrick is responsive to questions and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the work that Bristol Tile & Grout Restoration did on our shower tile. The shower was cleaned, sealed and caulked and the tile looks brand new. Highly recommend this company.

We initially planned to tear up the existing tile floor because the grout lines were dirty and some grout lines and tiles were cracked or chipped.
Our floor looks as good as new now at a fraction of the cost and much less of a hassle.
Kedrick is very friendly and professional.
Service was completed quickly and he accommodated our schedule to get the job done.

We have had Bristol Tile and grout clean both our tiles (showers & floors) and our carpets. We’ve used them once a year for the last several years. Kedrick does a fabulous job and they are very reasonably priced. We’ve also had him do grout repair in one of our showers. Highly recommend them!

We have used Kendrick several times and always have outstanding service!!

Have used Bristol several times now for tile repair as well as tile and patio cleaning. Always extremely satisfied with entire process and results. Not only are the physical results great, but also customer service and value can't be beat. Happy to recommend.

Kendrick did an excellent job in cleaning and repairing our kitchen and shower tiles, regrouting tiles and caulking sinks. They look brand new now. Very impressive with his work.

Kedrick was more than accommodating with setting up an appointment & working with me on a time/date that worked with my schedule. His work was exceptional and he left the area clean when he left. I would recommend Bristol Tile & Grout without hesitation.

Kedrick was very honest, professional and meticulous. He made my 18 year old floor look new again!

Kedrick is terrific and it was a pleasure to work with him. His work is outstanding, his attitude and customer service are fantastic. I felt that Kedrick went above and beyond in helping me with my leaking shower tiles. He left the job clean and tidy so that you'd never know I'd had a repairman on the premises. That's a BIG plus in my book since so many times there have been repair people who do the minimum they can do during and after a job. I am confident that I will no longer have any issues with my shower because of Kedricks knowledge and experience. Should I have other tile issues arise, you can be sure that I will contact Bristol Tile & Grout Restoration, Inc. ;-) You should too!!

They did a great job in our bathroom - repaired some grout, cleaned our floor tile and grout, cleaned our shower tile and grout, and sealed the grout. The price was very reasonable and everything looked like new when he was finished. Kendrick was very professional and easy to work with. We would use his company again!

Kedrick did an outstanding job! Cleaned, repaired multiple grout areas that were chipped and replaced tile in bathroom. We went with the color stain and seal and couldn't be happier. He showed us before and after pictures and it was a huge difference. We appreciated his timeliness and his professionalism. I recommend Bristol Tile and Grout to anyone wanting a job well done! Thank you.

Does a great job. Kedrick is thorough, friendly and helpful. This is second time I've used him and I highly recommend him.

I give Kedrick of Bristol Tile & Grout my full recommendation. After seeing the quality of his work for a fair value my husband and I agreed we should have done this a long time ago! He came in below another quote we had for our master shower grout repair and was honest and fair. He was able to work on it quickly for us and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. He has years of experience and that was apparent. Very pleased with the service, we will go back to this business when we need any grout and tile work again!

Kedrick provided outstanding, old-school type, high-quality service in cleaning and re-grouting my bathroom floor and shower. Highly recommend Bristol tile.

We are so pleased with the work done by Bristol Tile and Grout Restoration! We were considering updating our existing tub/shower/tile with a vinyl surround and we are so glad we checked out this business and it's services first! Our tile was cleaned, polished, and regrouted and it looks amazing! This tile work (which preserved our beautiful tile), along with updated fixtures and plumbing costs was over 50% less than the cost of the plastic surround installation! Top quality work for a great value from a skilled professional!

Our 15 year old tile floors and shower look better than new!! Kendall does an amazing job, is a perfectionist in his work, and his fee is reasonable. He also repaired some cracks that we had from when our new home settled. I would recommend his company to everyone!

I had a great experience with Bristol Tile and Grout. Kedrick was the technician who came out, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain the process, was very patient with my questions. Highly recommended.

We moved into our house and the tile/grout was just disgusting! Beige grout was black. Kendrick came out and did a phenomenal job! Our tile looks new! It’s sparkly and clean! Highly worth it and definitely recommend!
