This company knows what customer service is! Not only are their prices in the competitive range but their techs are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We are so glad we chose this company to assistant our small wares needs.

I am a professional in the industry these guys charge over estimate on the repair hours they put in. We have to implement a system of making sure what time they are here till when to make sure they aren't over charging us. Basically We have to micromanage them. They Purposely made 2 separate trips so they could charge us 2 service fees after knowing what the issues were before they even came out to fix the 1st time . I don't want to overgeneralize but this company is very shifty

They came to my store twice charged me around $600 diagnosing and then never showed up

Be very very careful dealing with this company. They will take advantage of you if you have a emergency situation 😉. They will charge you $200 JUST FOR SHOWING UP, then they're going to schedule you for another day to do the job and charge you more.

Came out several times to repair my oven. I spent close to $500 for the repair.Didn't solve problem. Called them back and came out charged me $400+ more. Didn't solve problem. Wanted to charge me $1300+ more to fix. Wow!!! Dishonest,incompetent,unethical,I don't know. You tell me.

Not trustworthy. Quoted me $2000 to fix a commercial fridge that they claimed needed a whole list of new parts. I expressed reasonable doubts and they dug in their heels about the diagnosis and quote. I read the tech's notes saying the capillary tube was restricting the refrigerant so I checked on it myself and the tube was bent. I straightened it out and the fridge worked perfectly fine again.

Bait and switch. Quoted $2250 to remove an oven, and replace it with one I had on a trailer. When the 3 guys got there, they said they needed 2 more at $150/hr a piece, with one hour mandatory drive time. The guy in the office said it's because he didn't know that it was located in a corner, even though I sent them pictures via email several months earlier. A competitor in Mokena did it for just over $2k with 3 guys, and they even included a quick service on the new ovens, and wired an outlet for me. And they didn't require half down (which Advanced did refund me, since they didn't do as promised)
