I was very impressed with the service! After my service call the company scheduled me for the same day assistance, which was a huge relief. They kept me updated and on when to expect the electrician and communication was excellent throughout.
The electrician was professional and knowledgeable and quickly identify the problem as outside damage. He provided a temporary fix to keep things safe and running until ComEd could complete the permanent repair. I appreciate the clear explanation of the issue and the practical solution offered.

Can I give them zero stars? I called because I needed some electric re routed in my basement. I was told to get the 99 dollar plan. I was also told that someone would be out between 9-1 to complete the job. The electrician shows up at 2 pm and reeked of weed. Once he left my basement it smelled strong of it. I understand it's legal here but you are working and on the clock. The worker left to get supplies. I did not feel comfortable with a stranger doing electric who smelled strongly of marijuana. I called the office and said that this was unprofessional and I wanted to cancel the job. I got a call back from the electrician who admitted to taking a "pull" prior to entering my residence. He also told me he is a sub contractor. He initially was not happy but understood my concern. When I spoke with JR electric I asked to speak with a manager. We're going on over 5 days now. Still have not heard from anyone in the company. Do not recommen at all

Took the day off work to have this electrical work done. Called the day before to confirm. They said yes, between 8-11. 11 rolls around with no word from them. I call to see what’s up, the receptionist says they’re definitely coming today and that she’ll call the person assigned to the job and have them contact me. Never heard from them and no one ever showed up. I’m freaking furious. Arranged my freaking day around this. Just unbelievably disrespectful of them

I contacted Brookfield Licensed Electrician. I was provided with 2 options, both quotes in writing (they were drafted by Mayelin though she was not the electrician).

The electrician told me he would arrive Friday to do the work. One that week, I called him Thursday night to reconfirm. He told me that it would cost more than the quote and that is how things work. Your company clearly states that the quote does not work that way. I called up Brookfleid electricians to discuss. No the quote doesn't work that way.
They said they would look into it and never got back to me. Unacceptable.

This is a third party who schedules electricians to come out to your home and provide the service. I explained everything that was needed prior to scheduling, they said they have worked in my town and are able to work with no issues, even may be able to start work as early as next day. First electrician did not show up they rescheduled and sent an electrician who was not able to pull a permit in my town and still expected me to pay a fee. Such a waste of time and effort.

This company was great to work with. The electrician carefully fixed our wiring and made sure all the other connections were good. I really suggest it.
