Top Quality in customer service

Mike and his guys did an amazing job with our backyard!!

Mike Tameling apparently is one of the most unprofessional people in business. Will not return a phone call to work out a potential issue with a customer, but delights in sending snarky emails to avoid conversation. Business must be great at Royal Oak, but you lost mine and I hope anyone from Westmont, Downers Grove or Clarendon Hills that reads this post. You should not have spent money on flyers to grow your business if you can’t be professional.

Rodrigo and Caesar showed up at 730 in the morning and worked until well after 3. Even during the rain. They cleared out a bunch of old ivy, weeds, and bark chips. Tilled and prepped the land and then laid sod. From start to finish they did an outstanding job! They took great concern for the little details and didn't hesitate to ask my opinion when they weren't sure. Just an excellent experience and a great crew! Well done!

Royal Oak went above and beyond with my yard. They trimmed my trees and bushes to perfection as well as tore out all my weeds and mowed my grass. Professional company that does nothing but quality work for a great price. Highly recommend using there business... I know I will be using them again in the future!

We used them to remodel our gardens, remove trees/bushes, and lay stone. They were really excellent to work with the whole way through! Very nice, professional, and prompt. I’m very very happy with the work! I didn’t have a solid idea for what I wanted in the new garden, but Mike was able to talk through some ideas and I love the finished product! They even tidied up some mulch around our pines and added some really nice touches so that when they left everything was perfect! Our neighbors stopped by to say how nice everything looks and for the name of the company that did the work, they were also impressed! Thank you guys so much we love the landscaping.

The Royal Oak crew did a great job turning our muddy construction site into a beautiful landscaped backyard. Mike walked us through what we needed to do to grade, sod, paver, and maintain the area. He was also upfront with us about the start and end time as those fluctuated a bit due to rain and demands. I always appreciate updates even if it's a delay update.

The crew was friendly, clean, and patient (we had some rain). Royal Oak also redirected and set our new walkway with a step from the garage to the house. A new patio off our deck was installed with rock pebbles around it as we didn't sod everything.

Months after the project, Mike has been helping me understand the watering and fertilizing schedule for the sod. Royal Oak always replied to my questions via email or phone call.

We also have been using Royal Oak for about 3 years now for weekly mowing and seasonal clean ups. I can't thank the crew enough for respecting our outdoor space and being neat. (They always wave and smile at my curious kiddos who are banging on the windows, watching from inside)

I would recommend Royal Oak for your big projects as well as weekly lawn care.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Royal Oak Landscaping, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We started with a completely blank slate after moving into our new home, knowing nothing about landscaping. The team at Royal Oak Landscaping was incredibly fast, professional, and knowledgeable.

From the moment they arrived with their top-of-the-line equipment, it was clear we were in good hands. They transformed our barren yard into a beautiful, lush garden in no time. They trimmed our trees expertly, planted multiple five-foot trees, and added a variety of flowers and bushes, creating a vibrant and inviting landscape. They also covered multiple patches of dirt with grass seed and removed old landscaping rocks, leaving us with a clean and beautiful yard.

Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also took the time to show us how to care for our new plants, ensuring we could maintain the beauty they created. The professionalism and expertise of Royal Oak Landscaping's team were evident throughout the entire process. They listened to our ideas, provided excellent suggestions, and executed the plan flawlessly.

We highly recommend Royal Oak Landscaping to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space. They truly are the best in the business!

Exente servicio 👌👌

I recently had JG Landscaping do a small spring cleaning project at my house. The whole experience was super easy and quick to book and pay. We had the flower beds cleared out, mowing/edging and hauled out some tree trimmings. Couldn’t be more satisfied with how everything was handled, thank you!

Best of the best

JG respond to my search for a lawn service.

Very professional and prompt service. I had JG do 2 jobs and they both turned out great!

Excellent work and team!

They did a fantastic job spring cleaning our yard! Looks great and they gave us a better price than some other places in the area.

Snow Removal Heroes! I just couldn't keep up with all the snow recently and they came and were done with my 100 ft driveway, sidewalks, porches and stairs in just over an hour. Jose and his team were very responsive. can't wait to work with them this summer on my garden.

I can’t believe how quickly they were able to fix up my yard. They came out and gave me an estimate in the morning, by noon they came and did the work and were finished by 4. It looks like a whole new house. They did an excellent job.

Professional and Knowledgeable! Great work from Jose and his team. They completed a paver and landscaping project in a timely manner. Highly Recommend!

We used JG landscaping for tree removal and yard clean. They did a great job! The communication is easy and timely as well.
