Great place to work with.

I would like to thank Western Springs Carpet Cleaning for an amazing renewal of my carpets. I would never have thought they could look this good again. I like that the ingredients used are all natural, and that the business is veteran owned. The lady who answered the phone was very bright and cheerful. The technician was punctual, polite, professional, and very nice. The price was the lowest I've seen anywhere. I will definitely use them again.

A game-changer for our home! They removed allergens and deeply set dirt we didn’t even realize were there. The crew was meticulous, respectful, and worked around our schedule. The difference is night and day—softer, brighter, and fresher. Will be recommending to everyone we know!!!

We made an appointment and they never showed up! Then we gave them a second chance, we called and left them a message, but they never returned our call! Horrible service! Do not go with them!
