did not like food and they deleted my previous bad review of their cardboard flavored consumables

AMAZING! We had some issues with our oven and SS Heating Cooling & Appliance were able to diagnose the issue right away, get the part and fix it in a matter of 2 hours! It was amazing! We also had a fridge issue that I happened to ask about on his way out and he fixed that too! We will be using SS from here on out for all our needs <3 Thank you very much!

I contacted SS Heating and Cooling today needing help to clean the glass panels between my oven door. I had tired cleaning them myself and something went terribly wrong, and I was left with white streaks which were quite noticeable. To my surprise Safi was able to come out today. He arrived on time and was so courteous and professional. He was so careful taking the door apart cleaning all 4 glass panels. I would highly recommend SS Heating and Cooling. Safi was awesome!

Had my 25+ year old Kenmore dryer worked on. The technician was very professional and did a great job. It's been over 39 days since the visit and all is well.

We have had two of our appliances repaired. A dishwasher and a gas dryer. Excellent communication and very responsive for scheduling the appointment. Great communication for arrival time. Efficient and knowledgeable in completing the repairs. Excellent service. Price was reasonable as well. One of those times you wish you could give 10 stars. 100% will call again when we need help and will pass the information around to our friends.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. He was able to come to our residence within 2 hours of us calling about our refrigerator not cooling. He had the problem diagnosed within minutes, had the needed replacement part on his truck and had the total repair completed within one and one half hours of his arrival. He explained the failure, gave us a complete estimate of repair costs with parts and labor itemized, all at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier! We will be highly recommending SS to all of our friends and family for any of their appliance repair needs.

I called SS Heating Cooling & Appliance Repair to request service for my refrigerator. He kindly offered to schedule an appointment for the next day, plus he was flexible because of my work schedule.

He arrived on time, was very friendly and immediately upon checking the refrigerator that was leaking water and freezing it in the freezer area; He knew how to repair it and said, it doesn’t require replacing anything, it only requires maintenance. Safi did an excellent service, professional, impeccable and extremely clean. Reasonable pricing.

During the time he was working, he received a call requesting his services, kindly guiding the person what to do about the gas leak situation from their stove and scheduled an appointment for the next day.

Safi came out to our home the same day we called and fixed our dryer. He was friendly, courteous, professional and was very fast and had our problem resloved in less than an hour. He charged a very reasonable price and we will definitely use their services again!!
