Had them sent by my sewer line warranty company. They got here and were very pleasant people, plumber and his assistant. However I needed to run a lot of water to prove that the line was clogged. As my basement toilet was overflowing from flowing water, I cleaned it up and the plumber was talking on the phone with his boss and his assistant was no where to be found. They then told me they could not unclog my sewer line because I needed a $2500 clean out installed and they could not help. They said that my floor-valve would be damaged if they tried anything other than first installing the $2500 clean out. I called another plumber who came and unclogged the line for $70 in 30 minutes and he did not overflow my toilet and was able to do it easily thru that floor valve (he even said these floor valves serve as a perfectly fine clean out point). They didn't seem dishonest, so I don't feel they were trying to scam me, but they definitely recommended I spend $2500 for no reason and did not fix my problem.

Amazing service from Aquaflow. The technician was quick, courteous and cared about my house. He laid down foam flooring to protect my wood floor and my cabinets. He also taught me how to care for my kitchen drains to prevent back up in the future.

We had this company come out through our home warranty. Bo made it very clear that he is not paid enough and did not want the work. He had told us during first visit on 10/11 that repairs would not be covered under warranty which is not true and unknown as nothing has even been submitted. We had him scheduled to come out again to finish his work. He told me that the wall had to be opened and we would not sit and wait for us to open the wall because he is not paid enough to do that. Completely rude and unprofessional. Based off of previous reviews it appears evident they will do anything to avoid warranty repairs.
