Concrete Renovation DAL did an amazing job at fixing our front walkway and redoing our front steps. They went above and beyond and worked extremely hard. I could not be happier with their work. We will be recommending them to everyone we know that needs concrete work done and will be using them again in the future for our garage floor.

I’m very happy with the hard work they all did. Extremely polite and took extra time to make sure the layout was what we wanted. Digging out the old concrete was very tedious as we have an AC unit and a deck. They took extra care to not destroy any existing things. If you check the measurements and need any adjustments they will take care of it right away for you. The price is better than any other contractor out there. Highly recommend!

Just had an interaction with the owner. I wont discuss the circumstance but I will say it was out of the ordinary. He showed integrity and more importantly a dedication to safety. I can only imagine that this good character is a sign of how he does business and i appreciate that in this day and age.

I'm not quite sure how your company trains your drivers but whichever one of your employees was driving down US route 52 at about 4:15 on Tuesday afternoon not only should not have a driver's license they should not be allowed to drive a go-kart. Your employee pulled out in front of people in a 55 mph zone almost got rear-ended and then proceeded to tailgate the vehicle in front of him once they finally decided to get up to speed. Yet again I'm not sure how you train your drivers or if you bother training them but whichever person was driving this vehicle today should not be allowed to push a shopping cart let alone drive a company vehicle do better

great experince. I have a 100 year old house that no electrican seems to want to touch. Mark was the 10th electrican that I called out of the phone book. He came over and checked all my wiring and we have a plan to fix all the wiring over a period of time.

Receiving clerk was rude and lazy , Driver job is to bring load to you not open your door or play with your dock controls , I'm pretty sure you get paid to drive forklift also , but Im surprised you didn't ask me to unload my own truck so you could enjoy your coffee . If I wanted to do your job I would apply for wesco and be part of warehouse staff.

It was late on a weekday and I honestly expected to leave a voicemail, but someone answered and had a crew scheduled for the next morning. When they showed up, they walked through the basement with me and explained what they were seeing with the water damage and what the plan would be. No pressure, just a clear breakdown of what needed to happen. The drying equipment ran for a few days and they checked in regularly to monitor things, which I appreciated because I had no idea what the timeline was supposed to look like for something like this. Communication was solid the whole way through - I never had to chase anyone down for updates. By the time everything was wrapped up, the basement looked and smelled completely normal again, which was a relief because it had gotten pretty bad. The final bill was in line with what they quoted me at the start, no surprise charges or add-ons.
