OK, so I don’t know why he only has two reviews. Let me tell you, Nick is amazing! I had several other Lawn Mowing maintenance guys come out to cut my front yard in my backyard and they did not do As good job that Nick did! He paid attention to so much detail and worked so hard to make it look so clean! It looks so professionally done. It looks like a freshly cut football field! Lol that’s how good it looks! I am so happy with his work. The price was right for the size of my front and backyard and the side of the house. Like I said, I’ve never been so incredibly happy over Lawn Mowing work! He even suggested a few ideas for the backyard and I was thrilled that he could suggest that because now I’m loving the idea! He has such a wonderful personality and so easy to talk to! Super friendly.. I loved meeting avalanche! Now I can go to sleep in peace knowing that I have won the lottery with an awesome Lawn Mowing service and an awesome person doing it! Thanks again, Nick!

Your guys that you have driving over here around Manchester need to learn to use their blinkers the man went from the Middle Lane on Manchester Road all the way over to the turn lane for Barrett Station Road start a turning with no blinker across two lanes pulling the trailer didn't see me in the turn lane almost ran into me then he swerves back go straight As I loop around he flips me off this is not a very professional manner especially when he was headed to the exact place that I worked so I got a picture of his truck and trailer Vineyard guy gets out the truck waves his hands up in the air and asked me what my problem is

Great group to work with on projects. Noah and Quinn are good to work with. Project was timely, done well, and communication was very good. All questions were answered and the outcome was perfect , exceeding my expectations.

7 months later, and haven't gotten any resolutuon. Haven't heard from this company either. Buyer beware. Expensive and horrible customer service.
Live in the Fox Creek Eststes subdivision. Focale Pointe has literally killed off every blade of grass in the culdesac common area in front of our house. What was once lush grass is now weeds. The flower beds were suppossed to be mulched. There is a smatterring of mulch and plenty of weeds. Absolutely horrible. They deserve zero stars

I am getting no sleep because whoever works on the sprinkler system will not come out and adjust them. They are hitting my windows and my car so hard. I am unable to sleep because they come on at 1:30 am until 2 am. I cannot survive on 3 hrs sleep plus the hard water is ruining my car and windows. If you can’t take care of customers that live in OFallon, Mo then don’t do business over here. Very disappointed with your service Woodbury resident in OFallon Mo.

Over a month ago I was driving to work and was behind one of their work trucks, pebbles came flying out so I gave more space as I couldn’t get over. The pebbles then bounced off the pavement and cracked my windshield. I got the truck license plate and time and location info called the office talked with Tanner and was then connected to Lisa. They had their insurance company call me and ask for all details and had me send send an estimate to replace…I did it all within a day. Ever since then the insurance guy won’t return my calls or emails and neither will Lisa. Tanner won’t respond to email, but when I called and he answered he claimed Lisa was in a meeting and would call me back…still nothing…I called again today and left a message on Lisa’s voicemail. It’s frustrating as the crack has spread with the weather getting colder. I shouldn’t have to hound to get this fixed. Return a call at least! 9/22/23 THE LAST CONTACT IVE HAD…ITS NOW 11/14/23. RIDICULOUS!!!

06/23/2025-UPDATE-they sent pictures of a pristine truck bed months later to my insurance company and claimed it wasn’t them….lovely…I had pictures from it happening but their insurance refused to pay to replace my windshield. SHAME ON FOCAL POINTE FOR BEING LIARS SCREWING OVER PEOPLE ON THE ROADWAY.

Following a fairly cool spring, I turned on my sprinkler system as temperatures were well in the 90s and expected to stay that way for a couple weeks. The first time I turned it on was last Saturday. The system wasn’t working. I notified my contact at FocalPoint but left a message just wanting her hear it on Monday. Shortly there after I received a call from the company, a representative came out that day, and got my system working perfectly. I can’t imagine any way that the customer service and quality of response could be any better than it was.

They did a great job with my yard!

This company was hired by our HOA for lawn maintenance. After three summers of using this company our lawn looks like it's not been cared for . It's overgrown with nutedge, crabgrass, etc due to lack of regular weed control and fertilizer. Also, groundskeepers pay little regard to personal property and damage fences, lawn, and landscaping. We've spent time and money fixing what Delkus was hired to do in the first place. I would not recommend this company for residential lawn care and maintenance.

They do the common ground and swimming pool at Savannah Hills in OFallon,Illinois. The grass is cut with what appears to be dull blades. The mowing crew apparently isn’t able to read or understand how to set the mowing height. The grass is brown most of the year.The sprinkler system they installed does not work. The trimming and bed maintenance appears to have been skipped all season.Tree limbs and overgrown shrubs block the sidewalks around the swimming pool and need pruned desperately. The all Spanish speaking crew is impossible to communicate with. They might have been a premier service at one time, but they’ve obviously lost most of their key employees who can’t get into the country right now. The owner Jamie Delkus is incedibly rude and uses profanity when anyone questions his poor quality and overall lack of service. (See Litigation against this company)I also seriously doubt they employee any US citizens. If you need a nice job done, I would recommend Focal Point or Munie Outdoor Services. They set the bar for quality on both sides of the river. My personal experience with owner Jamie Delkus is that he a hot headed bully who most people would prefer not to meet or engage. He went from Zero to 60 in seconds during the one encounter I had with him . Premier service? Maybe at one time, not now. Try Munie and Focal Point if you’re a value driven consumer. You will be much happier. UPDATE:Owner Jamie Delkus contacted me again today 17 August 2021 and attempted to bully me into taking down this review..

This company does not follow through with what they say they're going to do. I took off work on May 23 to arrange a time to meet Jamie, who I am assuming is the owner, for a quote to get a spring clean up and then ongoing lawn/landscape maintenance. Although he arrived 15 minutes late, he was very thorough and provided a lot of information. I was looking forward to hiring them. He told me he'd have a quote ready the day after memorial day. It's now June 11th. I've called three times, texted and also emailed to find out what was going on, and no one has bothered to get back with me. Save yourself time and frustration and hire someone else.
