We had James and Max come to our home to fix downspouts that had previously been done improperly. They did an amazing job going way beyond in order to stop leaks and backups. They anticipated the need for dirt, rocks and other materials and brought all needed items with them. They showed what they had done and promised we'd have no problems. It has been over a month and we've had several rains and have had no previous problems occur. So happy to not have mini-swamps in my lawn anymore every time it rains!

I would not waste your money contacting this company. They showed up repaired my sidewalk around my driveway and filled my culvert pipe with 3 to 4 foot of foam. since the rain started on a Friday and they don't work over the weekends they won't be here until Monday. They still have to determine if this is their issue or mine because they're asking if my pipe was compromised to begin with. So now that I have a weekend of heavy rains coming, and the water cannot properly throw flow through my neighborhood, or my sump pump not work because that's where it flows into. This might be an even larger problem. The reason why I went with this company is that it's supposed to be a privately own company owned and operated by the same family since it started. I do not know how they've stayed in business. Their customer satisfaction is horrible and they really did not care about my problems at all.

From the sales rep, Ryder C. to the Office staff, and the crew that laid the new drains in my yard, Rashan and Elijah, the experience was first rate.

Helitech was responsive to my call, Ryder came out and I feel did an expert assessment of the drain problems causing water damage in my yard.

RaShan and Elijah were very professional and polite as well as hard working, The job was completed expertly and efficiently, drains were tested and working well After their work.

They cleaned up my yard and left it looking better than when they arrived.

I can totally recommend Helitech of Caseyville, IL based on their professional staff and work crews, and timely execution of the job.

grant was honest and upfront about the work the could and could not do for my home. I appreciate his transparency. although I opted to go a different route than Helitech, i would recommend him due to his honesty in their potential solution.

our Customer Service rep Jordan K arrived on time to provide an estimate and fully describe the scope of work. we were called by a project scheduler and worked out a day and for work to begin. Two technicians Chad and Terrycalled on the day of service to notify us of their arrival time. They were both polite and again discussed the scope of work to be completed. They were focused, and worked tirelessly all day!! I am happy and grateful to give them 10+ for great serviceband job well done!

I mistakenly hired Helitech. I paid them $10k and they sealed up 10 each, 30 inch poured crawlspace seams. Their salesman Josh from Lincoln, IL completed the initial inspection, and a follow-up inspection prior to the project start date. The first rain and it leaks. Turns out, the salesman was wrong. His "professional" solution to the water intrusion did not stop the leak. Helitech sent a repair person to the home. After 30 minutes of inspection, the technician ran water over the foundation area of the intrusion. The technician went inside the crawlspace and came out with the diagnosis. The water was, and had been, running over the top of the foundation wall in the problematic corner. Helitech's salesman told me their sealed cracks held the rain water and they were not responsible. I contacted their corporate management and was told Helitech has no responsibility. He refused to offer any solutions. Now I have to cry over throwing away money, or file suit.

Do not engage with this organization. They are irresponsible and will leave you at starting all over again.

I'm only taking one star off because initially I had to push Helitech for them to honor my lifetime warranty against water leakage. We had a full basement drainage system with two sump pits installed back in 2016. I sleep better at night knowing we have it because we tend to have excessive ground water at times with our property. This year after record rainfall in March, we had a damp spot in the middle of the room. Initially Helitech pushed back and handed us an estimate over $5K. After further discussion and review of the issue with their Customer Service Manager, they decided to honor the warranty and cover the repair. I appreciated the exceptional customer service from Todd Gray, the manager that met with me at my home. He listened to me and didn't get defensive. The team that came to do the repair was friendly and they made my wife feel comfortable. Overall, I am happy with Helitech. Glad I have their system in our home, and glad to have a warranty for life that they stood behind.

I'm shocked by all of these 5 star reviews, but then again, I shouldn't be considering they ask for a 5 star review BEFORE they do any work during the estimate phase.

They dug up our rose bushes and just left them there to die. They left their clothes in our basement and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. They also left one of their tripods on our backyard. Not to mention, my husband found 2 cracks from their work order that they didn't even attempt to seal. Oh, and the plates they put on the wall are all crooked.

Fast forward 2 weeks and one of the plates is leaking. This is abysmal and I recommend you STAY CLEAR.

One star because they actually showed up and on time. I was told it was going to be expensive and they couldn't even give me a ball park quote because it might end up being more. I was supposed to get a quote within 2 business days and haven't heard back.

I had Helitech work on several issues with my basement over a period of time. I am extremely happy that it has been dry since the drainage system and waterproofing were completed. All of the cracks were sealed. They also honored their warranty even though 20 years had passed. The group of men (Jaylin S., Chris W., Kollin W., Jarret P.) who worked on my house this time were amazing. I feel they went above and beyond what is expected because they knew I was disappointed that the one wall couldn't completely be straightened. I wish Corey would have told me in advance that this was a possibility due to the type of foundation as I may have chosen a different approach to take.

I scheduled an appointment to get the sidewalk leading up to my front porch and some sections of my driveway lifted and leveled. I was originally told the job wouldn't be done until Spring because it was weather permitting. So, I was happy to hear they got us in when the weather was warmer this week. Ryan and TJ were the technicians that came out. They were very professional and everything looked great after the job was complete. I thought the price was reasonable. I highly recommend HELITECH.

The best choice for fixing foundation issues. I trust them to clearly explain the issues and to provide solutions for my home.

Called and was able to get an appointment. However there was no email or text confirmation. The day of I called and confirmed, but no one showed up and no one called to update us. Based on the other reviews, it looks like they are up-sellers who really don't care about the homeowner. Suffice it to say we are not going to use them.

I had space filled under my porch that was still level with no issues. I just didn't want the space to keep growing and rabbits digging it out more for their families. I will say that the initial estimate/quote process was a challenge but once agreed upon, everything went as planned. So far, since May 17, 2023 I'm happy with the result.

Had a sales person come because I had a concern about a spot of sagging floor that I noticed. I was given an outrageous quote for things that I didn't need done. I asked another company to come take a look and their opinion didn't even include ANY of the work that Helitech suggested so I felt I was in a quandary because I am no expert on the subject.
After hiring a professional structural engineer, I found out that my subfloor under the area that was sagging had been damaged at some point and flooring was laid over it, and then I had laid LVP over that flooring without knowing the subfloor was compromised.
It goes without saying that salesMEN are always counting on women to not be well versed in any home repairs, are clearly taking advantage of people and are going to schmooze you with BS lines such as, "I'll give you my 10% discount for friends/family that I o my get 5 of per year" as if they are doing you some epic favor.

Hard pass on Helitech!! Your sales team needs more education on home repairs, and less on the art of bullshit. Good try though, you almost had me!! Grateful a female structural engineer saved me thousands of dollars that your company was happy to steal from me.

Don't prepay for any service. They took my mothers money for a service she then elected to not have done. Refuse to refund. Probably have decided it's easy to take advantage of an older couple that can't afford to sue. The work they did complete was WORTHLESS. Another contractor is being paid to fix. They ignore her phone calls. Don't return messages. Don't answer letters. I wouldn't hire them for anything and would advise others to avoid them as well. Can't be trusted.

Heilitech installed sump pump drain tile and back up battery. Power went out at 4:30 this morning. The battery did not work. This is the second battery in four years. Called and spoke to two girls and neither of them could get a hold of a tech, manager or supervisor. My basement now has an inch of water in it and my furniture is ruined. Tried calling heilitech again and get the answering machine. I paid over 10,000.00 and this is how they take care of their customers. Horrible!

I hired Helitech last year in 2021 to help with my foundation as it was falling I paid $10,000 for them to jack my house up and add concrete. They was up able to jack my house up so they did what they thought would work. My house is doing nothing but getting worse. I now had cracks In my walls my floor is all broken and my basement has more water in it now then it did. They have come out 2 more times after but haven't fixed the problem. Save your time and money this this company they are just out to get your money. As I had to pay up front for them to do the work in the first place.

Please, take your time and review everything you can before using this company. All the fine print only protects them. We did pay our bill under protest, for their guarantee but to find out that they won't stand behind it if there are problems in another thing. Had someone inspect after completion and confirmed our subspitions. Job was poorly done and charged way to much money for services performed. We will definitely pass this on with all our personal fiends & business associates, which are many. In our place of business where we have many business cards on display on a bulletin board their business folder will be in the very middle with a big RED X across it with pictures of their completed job. Smart decision would be to definitely use someone else. Lesson learned!
