there aren’t enough words for how painless morisson made fixing my plumbing issue. from calling the receptionists, who were very friendly and quick to understand my issue despite my very clumsy description of the problem and being so quick to sort out the next steps for assessment and repair! phillip came to do the assessment for our plumbing issue and was very courteous and polite in his explanation of the problem to me. it’s very obvious i had no idea what was going on, but he patiently explained so that i would easily understand and advised me on the best next steps. even got me scheduled for the next day right before our big snow storm hit. next day, technicians zach and austin were great! personable and professional. they kept me in the loop on what went wrong with my plumbing that caused a leak from behind my kitchen sink and they repaired it with very little issue. double-checked everything before they headed out to make sure everything was working well. overall very thoughtful and professional team i’m very glad we called. thank y’all again for your help :)

I was out of water for four days, and Morrison Plumbing came to the rescue. My technicians, Craig, and Austin were incredibly informative and honest throughout the whole process. There professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. This was truly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Lloyd was great! he made good conversation after seeing our NFL decor. Good small talk while working hard to fix our issue. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it without issue. My husband and I are very satisfied with this experience and would use this company again.

The technician Randy was absolutely amazing. While we did not get the best news about our furnace, Randy explained everything for us to easily understand and answered all our questions. He inevitably provided us with great options on how to resolve our issue and gave us best pricing. Randy definitely deserves recognition for his great customer service and knowledge of everything!

My furnace died overnight during a harsh cold snap, Morrison was able to get someone out that morning. Chris came and assessed the situation, showed me video of what he saw, explained and answered all my questions, and was generally very helpful, also very personable.

Next morning, Mike came out and installed my new furnace. He was super nice, super clean, also answered my questions and even helped me out with a thermostat question. He did great work. Furnace is working smoothly and I'm SO RELIEVED to have heat again. I would definitely call them again.

I've been fairly loyal to Morrison for several years now because I've received nothing but top-notch service from polite professionals - I'm still singing praise of Jimmy and Todd and the amazing job they did with a shower install last year.

That ended with Terry D. He didn't hide his disdain for having to deal with a trainee. He didn't hide his disdain (borderline contempt) for having to install a Moen product. As a matter of fact, he mentioned (suggested) several times that Delta was preferable to Moen. Eventually Terry decided he didn't want to install the Moen I purchased, telling me it didn't fit the countertop...but I'd still have to pay $70 because he walked in the door...to do nothing but decide he didn't want to deal with assembling a Moen.

I did some research. My counter is a standard depth (1 1/8 inches). My faucet? Designed to accommodate a counter up to 1 1/4 inches. So why did Terry say it wouldn't fit? I can only assume it was because he didn't want the hassle of assembling and installing a Moen, especially not when he didn't shy away from praising Delta every chance he got.

The man who eventually installed it said there was more than enough room and agreed with my assessment that Terry didn't want the hassle of having to assemble a Moen.

So, long story short, I still had to pay $70 to be told he couldn't do what I hired him to do only because he didn't want to do it.

I'll still consider Morrison for future needs. Everyone else I've dealt with over the years has been polite and done a great job. But not gonna lie, Terry really put a tarnish on what's an otherwise great company.

Charles Morefield from Morrison Plumbing was very professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated great patience with my questions in his quote/estimate for a new water softener. A great experience. Thank you! Also a great installation, checked for water leaks, auto shut off valve, and clamped down drainage hose. I would recommend.

Darrell did an excellent job fixing and servicing our furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Mark's mission was to conduct preventive maintenance checks and services on my furnace/home heating system. Mark is a seasoned HVAC Technician with over 30 years of experience. Yites! What impressed me most about Mark is that Mark with his wealth of knowledge and experience is not a corner-cutter. Mark is an intricate detailer. He left no stone unturned while preforming the preventive maintenance and services on my HVAC System. I had a issue with my sewer coming back into the toilets and showers at my home! Morrison came out and took care of it the next day. Unfortunately when they cleared the line , the equipment broke a pipe and unknown to us at that time it was dumping the toilet and shower water under the house. They came out quickly and repaired the line at no cost and cleaned up. Awesome company. They stand by their work and also gives a 30 day warranty on their work. I highly recommend them if you need plumbing work. Thank you Morrison plumbing your guys were great!! Can't thank you guys enough!!

I had am amazing experience with Todd Witham and Jimmy Martin for my bathroom remodel! The team was consistently punctual, respectful of my home and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. They kept me in the loop by explaining each step and were more than happy to answer my questions and address my concerns. My bathroom looks amazing! Preston installed our ceiling fan and whole house surge protector. He was not only quick but also accurate and careful. He cleaned up after he was done. Everything was fine. Friendly and a genuinely great personality.

Your technician Phillip was very friendly, informative and efficient. Very pleased with his service. I appreciate how quickly he resolved the hot water heater issue. My only problem was the cost of the replacement water heater. I realize how appliance prices have gone up but it’s still hard to swallow. I’ve been genuinely impressed with Morrison, which has outstanding customer service from start to finish. I needed to get an EV charger installed for our F-150 Lightning and they seemed like a good option based on reviews. The staff coordinating appointments (Chevette and others) are professional and super friendly, and I was notified via text and email when the electricians were on their way and arrived. The notifications even included pictures of the employees—a nice touch! Anthony and Preston did terrific work and were excellent to deal with. They arrived on time with plenty of advanced notice to be sure I was home, and they did great work with a clean installation of the OEM Ford charging station that has worked great for us. I’m quite handy myself but know when you need to call in a professional (shout out to Morrison’s permit coordinator, Nikki), and I’m very happy to have gone with a local reputable company that does such high-quality work, and stands behind it.

Noah was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Quick response time and great customer service. Couldn’t have been happier with the turn around time getting the furnace heating again. Would recommend his work in a heart beat.

Josh arrived promptly at the estimated time. He was friendly and professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain the estimate he provided for extending a natural gas line for installation of a gas stove. He was flexible regarding the actual installation date, working around my schedule. I look forward to seeing him soon.

OMG! Jan is the absolute best! I didn’t pay anything, I am part of the yearly maintenance program. I had routine maintenance with Jan and she did her job thoroughly. I really appreciate her work ethic. Jan is a great technician. Very nice attitude and very professional. Thank you.

Jacob was so knowledgeable...and thoroughly in his explanation of our electrical issues. We feel he is tremendously competent and as a result feel much safer! Jacob finished the complicated wiring so we could install a new stove in an old home. Jacob also identified dangerous issues with our 37+ year old electric panel, and with a great team brought it up to code. We now feel safe! Thank you Jacob and Morrison!
A week later on a Saturday the furnace went out and my disabled 90 year old woke up to 66 degrees! After an urgent call to Morrison, Tech Noah arrived a short time laterr.. and fixed the problem thus saving us from further worry and our 90 year old with incredible discomfort. So with the plan we purchased they are true to their word...will prioritize urgent calls and discount the work. Morrison will always be my "Go To!"!

These young men came to my rescue. My job was bigger than what I expected but it was handled with ease.. no back and forth, no nonsense JUST got the job done! Morrison has a new customer! My workers went above and beyond!
