Reviews of local pros in Caseyville, Illinois

Charles and Jared of R & M Sewer did a wonderful job with my septic tank. My son had neglected it for many years, but now it’s like new again. You can’t even tell that they were in my yard and everything works well now. They explained everything without rushing so that I could understand it. They were very reasonably priced too for the above and beyond level of service they gave.

I called this company and they set up an appointment for the very next day. Super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!! They didn't mind all my questions or me watching the whole process of cleaning out my septic tank lol. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience during a really stressful time. First of all, they got me in the same day I called. I appreciated that as I couldn't use any water in my house due to sewer backup. They got here, assessed the situation. Fixed my problem and then quoted me a price that was unbelievably low - don't tell them that :)
They were polite, showed up on time, courteous, respectful that I was on a work call and then super quick. I would highly recommend them for a fair honest price and great service.

I highly recommend their services! John is very easy to work with. We used their services for our offices and couldn't be happier. As John was getting ready to head out our plant foreman asked him to do our other buildings and he was eager to do so the same day.

We had our windows cleaned for the first time in the year and a half after building our house. What a difference it makes! My husband remarked when he got home how much brighter the house was inside, and he was right. John is such a nice and professional guy. We will definitely be regular customers.
