Jamie/Airmaxx is wonderful! Our home was equipped with a AC unit that is too small for our square footage (a buddy of a buddy installed it - never again) and Jamie/Airmaxx has supported us with ways to get the most out of it! She is still running and keeping up with extreme temperatures. We trust the advice and apply the advice to set us up for the best success. Airmaxx will be helping us when it is time for a new entire system.

I am so grateful for AirMaxx! My AC broke yesterday on a 95° day in May. I have a 20 month old toddler and I'm pregnant so no AC isn't an option. I called a couple other places and asked if they could come out today. I was actually laughed at! I called Airmaxx and they were at my house within the hour. The fan motor was broken and they fixed it on the spot! The price seemed fair and I was just thankful to have my AC running again. Thank you!

I called early on Saturday morning after being without AC for over a week. The only other company I could get to come out previously only quoted me a new unit and didn’t even open the cover to see what the issue was. AirMaxx was at my home by 11a and discovered the problem as a wire being chewed thru by a mouse. He cleaned out the unit and repaired the wire all for the cost of a service call. Thanks AirMaxx for being responsive and honest. Saved me $3700 for a new unit that is not needed. I’ll be calling AirMaxx for all my heating and cooling needs.

We had Jamie from AirMaxx heating and cooling out today and for once in a very long time I am impressed at someone’s pride, quality and workmenship. Super knowledgeable spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me before he even knew I was going to use him. Put booties over his shoes when entering home, the work is super clean, wires tucked away, pipes tucked away and had to put a few more parts on the unit that were not expected and didn’t ask for any more money. Will definitely be our go to for any work we have done on our home and will recommend him to everyone.

I recently had issues with my furnaces. I tried to fire them up in anticipation of the upcoming winter. Well, one fired up but the other flashed a series of lights. I checked the owner's manual and found that it indicated a bad pressure switch or blockage in the lines. I pulled the outside covers and found that wasps and spiders had taken up residency in the intake and exhaust pipes. I called AirMaxx and they were quick to respond. They changed the switch and did a comprehensive job of cleaning all of the webs and nests out of the lines. They even found webbing in the burner boxes of the furnaces. It was a good thing that Jamie wasn't afraid of spiders as a few climbed out during the cleaning process. They were very attentive to detail and made sure the job was done right the first time. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were doing and why, as well as tolerating my hovering around so that I could see what was being done.

Jamie did a fantastic job working on our furnace challenge. He found the solution why the fire kept turning off too early, during the heat cycle.

With his electronic technology, it was discovered that our furnace and parts were running perfectly. However the flu pipe had some blockage.

He suggested the birds most likely built a nest at the very top 10 feet of our flu pipe.
Sure enough ...the nest was removed. And the unit runs perfectly.

AIRMAXX (Jaime) has saved us hundreds of dollars in repair parts.

What a pleasure it was to have Jaime and his assistant install my new air conditioner. They arrived on time bringing floor coverings and shoe covers. Big plus, in my book! And they didn’t mind answering ALL my questions! I actually learned a lot! This was the first time in 69 yrs that I’ve had to replace an air conditioner. Thank you guys, you were AMAZING!!

Jamie has been our HVAC serviceman for at least ten years. He and his helpers are always clean, courteous, and honest. He arrives when due, suggests the more inexpensive option when there is one available. He even came out one cold winter evening when my call interrupted his dinner. You can't go wrong with AirMaxx.

Jamie at AirMaxx really saved the day! He came and fixed the work of another air conditioning company that left me high and dry (and warm)! The owner, Jamie, answered the phone after hours, and he got the parts we needed. Airmaxx was prompt, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I have been using AirMaxx for over 5 years. Jaime, the owner is very knowledgeable, as is his staff. AirMaxx was able to keep one of my A/C units working until it was no longer economically feasible to spend money to keep it working. I was then given various options on a new unit to fit my budget and also cool my home properly.

Jamie and Andrew came out the day after Christmas to work on a clogged dryer vent. I was not able to use the dryer for a while due to the clogged vent and my fear of starting a fire. After calling several places with no luck I found AirMaxx and read their reviews. I was happy to see that they were the highest rated in my area so I gave them a call. Not only were they quick and efficient with their work but they were able to take a look at another vent that was clogged with a bird nest and removed that as well. I am very pleased with their work and 100% recommend them. I will be using them in the future when needed.

I've been having issues with a bird in my air return for a few weeks and have called some local to me companies (I live in NC). Accidentally stumbled across AirMaxx through a google search and gave them a call. Despite not being able to come out to my home because I am in a different state, the technician was able to talk me through exactly how I got a bird in my system and what my next steps should be. They even gave me some pointers on how to assess whether or not the next HVAC company I call is equipped to help me.
