They did an amazing job plowing my company's parking lot efficiently and on a timely manner, at a great cost too! I called a couple of the local snow removal companies and got the best rate and fastest response from here. I called them last second not realizing we were about to get a lot of snow in two days. I told them I need the parking lot cleaned by 6:30 am and they came around 5:00 am and texted again around 6:00 am asking us if everything looked good and that they can always swing back over if needed.

I was able to lock in a yearly rate with them and was told they would give me snow updates and when they would come plow throughout the season

We moved into our house 2 years ago and we loved the existing hardscapes which included a beautiful paver patio with seat-walls and a fireplace. As we prepared to add a hot tub we wanted to expand our patio and wanted everything to match the existing stone. Since we loved the existing work, we reached out to the previous home owners who shared that this work was done by South Suburban Landscaping and they had a great experience. I gave them a call and worked with Matt on our project. I was so impressed with every aspect of designing, planning and executing this project. Matt was great to work with and was extremely responsive throughout, especially when I requested a couple of design changes along the way. Matt and his entire team were professional, efficient and really seem to love what they do! They were in and out and completed the entire project is just a few days as promised. The quality of their work is truly amazing and they left my property in excellent condition upon completion. One of my neighbors was so impressed that they have already called to have South Suburban give them a quote for their project. I highly Recommend South Suburban Landscaping & Snow Removal!!

David and Matt provided commercial service for our strip mall last year and this year (we signed a 2 year agreement). I was very impressed that even after the inflation, they refused to raise our monthly rates on the commercial plaza. We receive text message alerts between each service, monthly flat rate fees, and have only had to inquire one time in 2 years to ask when we were going to be serviced by their crews. They’re fully staffed and have all new equipment. Very impressed and we will be signing another 2 year agreement with them at the end of March 31.

Matt and his crew did an outstanding job with our lawn and landscape! They went above and beyond our expectations and were extremely professional, timely, and thoughtful. They were also very helpful and informative regarding care of freshly laid sod. We will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.

Always does a phenomenal job. They have been plowing the snow off my driveway and ramp/deck for years. Always keeping it clean. A few years ago they removed all the mulch in my backyard, where a garden used to be & put new grass for us. Highly recommend them.

Matt and has team took care of our health care facility (JanaCare) all winter for snow plow services. They always communicated when they would be out well in advance and provided weather updates and photos of when the service was completed. We highly recommend the service.

Hired this company to do snow removal for our association this year. They have truly awful and based on previous reviews and recommendations, they have been a major disappointment. They plowed our lot once our management team called them since they didn’t feel the need to plow when it snowed 8 inches at the end of January. As you can see, they expected us to step over the plowed snow. They also have not cleaned one parking space at our association this year. We have residents cleaning their own spots to park. I don’t recommend hiring them for snow removal. Have not used their lawn care services.

South Suburban has been taking care of three of our commercial snow plowing medical facilities for 4 years. We just signed our 1 year renewal with no price increase. We our happy that Matt and team have taken into account the tough economic times and have not raised prices. We have signed our contract for another year.

Matt and his crew did an outstanding job on our Paver Patio in EP. I'd been getting quotes from a handful of contractors but couldn't find anyone reliable. After a quick call, Matt was onsite and the job was completed a couple days later. We were very impressed with the quick turnaround and couldn't be happier with the work they did, which is why we hired them again to build out a retaining wall around our tree beds - which also looks great!

I am the property owner for 3 car washes in the south side of Chicago. This is the 4th season we have hired Matt and his team for commercial snow removal. They provide text updates at 3am with the game plan and photos after each service. Never any surprises on billing! Highly recommend!

This company answered my emergency service recall at 2am for 3 chipotles during the last snow event. They completed the service that the company we hired refused to do a secondary complete. Their professionalism was secondary to none and they even provided texts and great communication upon completion. Very satisfied!
